A good place for quick lunch between Salt Lake City and Zion/St George. Friendly and prompt service, pretty good food with generous portions.

This homey restaurant is a must-stop for us! We came in shortly before close (about 30 minutes), and the staff seated us, provided our food and drinks, and offered boxes and a check very quickly. The food was incredible. I had a perfect dinner roll, amazing cheesy vegetable soup, and delicious chicken piccata. Everything was fantastic; no notes. We will be back!

The wait staff, Sydnee was amazing. Prompt, polite, cute without the excessive saccharine sweetness. Food came out hot and a healthy portion. Well prepared, great presentation. Surprised for an off the path roadside diner outside of Beaver, Utah. Wasn't what I was looking for, it it was what I needed. Thank you Timberline.

We stopped here to use the Tesla charger and decided to try Timberline restaurant. The service was Friendly & polite from start to finish. We ordered "The Burger", the salmon fillet, and the Timberline burger. The burgers were delicious! I especially liked the mushrooms in their signature burger. My daughter ordered the salmon. I was a bit skeptical since there's no ocean nearby, but was impressed with the fresh & light taste. The asparagus on the plate was the best I've ever had! Highly recommend if you're ever in Beaver Utah.

Pizza was so good! Very clean establishment. Staff was friendly. Pizza made was quickly. They're right across from the Tesla chargers. Pizza has that fresh artisan flavor.

The short Yes, now this is what I like to call hidden gem. The onion rings were fantastic and they had an absolute huge butter cake. The service was nice as well. The Longer We stopped by this place on our way back from St. George for lunch. As soon as I stepped in, I felt very homey and cozy. I will say this felt like one of those diners you seen a TV show where everybody in the local area goes there in orders good food. I ended up ordering the French dip with fries and it was OK. It was not something that I would pick first on my next go around. But I did get to try the burger that they had and it was pretty good though to my surprise my favorite item that I got to try was the onion rings. They were actually pretty amazing, it has been a little while since I've had onion rings taste that good At the end of our lunch, we ended up getting a butter cake, which ended up being pretty good. I will warn you that it is definitely too big for one person and that you probably need a few semi-hungry individuals to take it down. I will say that the spot is not somewhere that you should avoid if you're driving through Beaver. 3.75/5

We came by again for breakfast. And we had an amazing meal. Service was done in record time. The ambiance is as always, casual. We had a ham and cheese omelet with sour dough everything came out cooked to perfection. Our friends were delighted that they had decafe coffee. That was actually GOOD!

I loved the french toast. If you asked for fruit spread, they would give you real strawberry bits in container which I requested. They do have blueberry jam, though. Fries were alright. I was satisfied with the french toast with swiiss cheese and ham inside. The bread wasn't too big or crispy hard, just good size and soft. I got full after eating only half of it!

This is the ADA regulations of a service dog

The hostes was rude and condescending when she realized I had a service dog She asked me I'm my service dog assisted me in my eating. She said if they allowed all services dog in they place would be a Kennel not a restaurant I advised her on the ADA regulations and my and the restaurant rights concerning surface stock. I posted here what they have the right and their rights as a restaurant. The waitress on the other hand was very friendly, extremely cordial and apologetic The food was excellent, but they definitely need training on ADA regulations and policies

Stopped in and had the juiciest most flavorful burger. I think it was called The Burger & it was spicy hot and delightful. Paired that bad boy with one of the iciest coldest beers I've ever been poured. My sister had the Turkey club and was super impressed with the high quality ingredients. They don't skimp on quality here. The server was a delight and this restaurant will be a regular stop next road trip.

Sandwich

One of the best sandwiches I've had in years. Good coleslaw and service to match. Will for sure stop by again on my way through!

They were little busy but not too much. Stood in front waiting as one waitress looked at us, didn't say a word and kept on doing what she was doing. Another gal came by and said she will be right with us. Eventually got sat and got to order food. Menu had funny names and sounded pretty good. I didn't know what to order so I went safe route and ordered fried fish (cod) with tater tots. Also ordered the Branding iron cheese steak and The barnyard burger. Food took little longer than expected but they did have a large table before us Food finally arrives and well, what can I say, had one of those should have would have could have but didn't moment. My 3 fish pieces and tator tots looked like straight out of the frozen box from the grocery store. Now I did not expect them to be fresh catch off the ocean and hand battered but I just could not help the presentation and feeling I got. The sandwich looked OK and cheese was not quite melted. Hamburger looked good though. Fish tasted like it looked, although they were crispy right off the fryer so that was a plus. Tator tots and French fries were alright, at least crispy. Sandwich was another disappointment. The sandwich bread was nice and soft but I could not get over the cheap grocery store deli meat roast beef taste for the beef. I did not try the burger but did see the yoke ooze out as first bite was taken. I was told burger was pretty good. Over all service was pretty good but food just was very disappointing. I wanted to like this place but maybe I just had too much expectation.

The owners have done a great job creating a country-themed café with all their decor. Today we were driving back from St. George after watching our favorite musical, Les Miserable at Tuacahn. My mother-in-law is also huge fan of Sister Wives and showed her where Meri Brown's former Lizzie's Heritage Inn is located - I was egging her on to ring the doorbell to say hi! On our way back home, we decided to stop by Dede's for some snacks. We ordered a cinnamon roll, cherry pie, blueberry pie a la mode to eat at the restaurant and a pumpkin cheese muffin strudel to go. The cinnamon roll was served warm with cream cheese frosting and powdered sugar on top. I was disappointed with how dry outsides of the roll was. However the more you dig into the center, the more moist the center became. I wanted a softer center with more cinnamon flavor. The frosting was too sweet and needed more cream cheese flavor. My suggestion is to use heavy cream before they bake the rolls to give it that super soft roll. I really like this blueberry pie filling! It was crushed blueberries but had nice chunks of blueberries. The top and bottom of the crust was not great but not bad. If I could get the crusts from Vejo Pies with this filling, it would be phenomenal! I would definitely stop by next time to get a piece of this pie. I never grow to try the muffin because I already had too much sugar for the day. My daughter will let me know how this tastes. If you stop by Parowan, it is a really quaint city and since it's almost Halloween, the city has decorated Main Street with bales of Halloween themed bales. It was a great way to top off our little weekend retreat!

I had a Pittsburgh cheese steak sandwich that I thought was good. I ordered it with a side salad instead of fries as I had also ordered the loaded Pastrami fries which came with cheese, pickles and mustard on top. Fortunately, we found a parking spot when a diner just pulled out. This restaurant was listed as one of the best breakfast and brunch places in town. We got in and peaked inside as there was no hostess upfront. A server named Gina noticed us and immediately got us seated by the window. She handed us the menu and exchanged some pleasantries. She was nice and very friendly. The menu was extensive and we can see at other tables that their servings are huge. Diners were all happily indulging on their big meals. My husband noticed that they have Liver steak on the menu. He asked Gina how it was prepared and cooked and if it was seasoned. She did not know much about this dish but can tell us that it is very good. My husband was hesitant cause he loves the way I cook my seasoned liver steak with lots of onions. Gina gave us more time to check out the menu. When she got back to bring our coffee and orange juice, she informed us that it's not seasoned but grilled. That helped my hubby decide to try the dish. As for me, my tummy was kind of not ready to eat a heavy meal. So I asked Gina if I can order a small kid's meal. With a serious face, she said "yes, I will allow you to order it provided you don't throw any tantrums!" That gave us a good laugh! She was funny! The atmosphere is pleasant and you can tell that the diners are happily indulging on their big servings. Their prices are very affordable and reasonable right at price point! Thus, their turn around is quick and customers are constantly coming. Our order was delivered by another server named Genovese. We requested some lemon slices for the liver steak. She went to the kitchen and we waited quite a while and she just walked past our table. She went to the front got new customers get seated, took an order from another table and totally forgot our request. My husband cannot wait so he started eating without the lemon. The next time she walked by, I reminded her to please give us some lemon slices. She just said huh, left without a word of apology and brought the lemons without saying anything. We thought that was rude! The liver steak was delightfully perfectly grilled with lots of grilled onion rings with sides of Cole slaw and rice pilaf. I took a a couple of bites and they were deliciously tender. My order of kiddie meal included hash brown with 2 scrambled eggs and sausage was just okay. The presentation was sloppy and too greasy. I ate all the eggs and a little bit of the greasy hash browns. I did not like the sausage. The server, Gina was the best. She refilled my coffee cup without asking. She came back to ask how we liked the food. Overall, the eating experience was wonderful except for having to wait for the lemons. It would have been a perfect 5 star but one server dropped the ball. So 4 stars for this restaurant. Thanks to Gina, you made our day! Good job. You should get a big raise!
