We tried to get a reservation about a week ahead because it's always been busy in my experience, but I was told they no longer do reservations. I was one of six tables, two of whom had been served before I arrived. Service this slow and inefficient is truly remarkable. I will say the milkshake was tasty, and because of the well insulated cup, it had not melted by the time I was served my food. That was the only bright spot in this experience.
