Wrong. My sister-in-law ordered steak medallions, and they literally look like hamburgers. They were thin, slightly overcooked, underseasoned, and the overall cut just did not look good. My husband got a ribeye and again the sear on it was poor. The steak had a grayish cast to it. Not exactly appetizing! I ended up ordering the ribs, they come with a plum barbecue sauce and it was a generous portion but again they were nothing special. I got it with a baked potato. That was a bit dry and a bit hard. I think I brought home about 75% of my meal. We did get a very good appetizer. It was a raw tuna mince served on a crispy rice croquette. I got a gin and tonic that was not even really drinkable. They served it in a giant glass, the size you would get a soft drink in and it was almost entirely tonic. Way to ruin a nice shot of Hendricks. My sister-in-law had an espresso martini, and I don't think they use real espresso- but I could be wrong. M all four of us had something different and none of us had a good meal. If you are charging $50 for a stake medallion supper, the medallions should not look like hockey puck hamburgers. The atmosphere is beautiful, we waited a bit to be seated despite calling ahead of being told we didn't need a reservation or to be put on a waitlist. The bartender was slow and obviously inexperienced, but again both of these stars are really for our server. I got a free piece of carrot cake because it was my birthday meal and that was not good either. It came out and it tasted like it was still half frozen. I don't think I'll be back here anytime soon. It put a damper on my birthday a bit.

If you see your orders are an hour behind, please stop taking to go orders and stop sitting people and let your poor kitchen staff catch up. Even if you took 20 or 30 minutes to stop the flow of things so your team can catch up will make a huge difference. You don't wanna ruin half of your customers experience those nights with only missing 4 or 5 customer calls. I really hope the manager sees this and can improve! It's a slice from an actual ham! Real HAM! I was told it's Dearborn ham and I'd bet that it is. If you're not familiar, Dearborn makes great stuff. So, my issues... Not sure, but the coffee seems like it changed. It's weaker now and lacks the flavor from the coffee I remember from the past. They also stopped garnishing the plates with a slice of orange. I LOVED that slice of orange. Finally, the wait staff. They have some great waitresses but every once in a while, I get one that really doesn't know how it works. Because the server can really screw up a meal, I've avoided going back for months at a time. One time the waitress brought everything except the toast. I started eating the ham and potatoes. By the time she brought the toast, the eggs were cold and I couldn't eat them. She still charged my though. Didn't go back for a year, I swear. It's really important to always bring the complete meal. If the toast chef was asleep at the wheel and the entire breakfast becomes ice cold, have the line re-fire the order.
