I get Tim Horton almost every single day today was the first time I've ever been to this one, and it is by far the worst one I've ever been to in my entire life. Both drinks I got were terrible forgot a doughnut just a shit show. read more

I had lived in Mount Pleasant for two years for school and I LOVE their donuts soooo much. Usually American desserts may be too sweet for Asians but their donuts are not. Apple fritter and maple pecan danish are my favorite even though I just tried maple one once in Canada (not sure you could find it in here or other stores). In general, I would order coffee with half regular and half English Toffee or French Vanilla, and that's is the best hot beverage for me. Sometimes the place may be a little bit noisy but overall it's quiet. That's why I give 4 stars and I truly wish they had one in Cali. read more

This restaurant has been good for the most part until recently. My ELDER mother-in-law tried to get her TH punch card punched and the "fill-in manager", Mike or Mark from the Mission location refused to punch it. Which is NOT the issue. He proceeded to tell her to get the hell out of his driveway and threw the punch card at her through the drive thru window. This is a huge red flag that he SHOULD NOT be employed in any customer service position, especially in a MANAGER position. The owner needs to address this issue immediately and stop hiring people just to fill the positions without doing extensive background checks for the folks she's putting into leadership positions. If he treats the customers like this can you imagine how he treats the employees?! Absolutely disgraceful. read more

Man, I give Tim Horton's 5 stars everywhere! Not only do they have great food at cheap prices which is great when you're traveling and want to stretch your dollars, but the clerks were always very friendly and helpful. When you are traveling by yourself it means a lot to have strangers be friendly to you. This was the first TH's I ever went to after hearing about them and having them be recommended by a couple of Michiganders at the Soo Locks but it wasn't the last one I went to. They have lots of donuts, cookies and other baked goods and I got to try their "butter tarts"--another of those items you can't find in California (to be fair you probably can't find fish taco's in Michigan either). You really cannot go to this location and expect anything good. They never have enough supplies to complete orders and the workers over the drive thru windows are insanely unfriendly. They really need to step up their game because it never looks like they have anyone in line or even at the store period but still manage to have awful services. another thing to add, is that they have a sign posted on their drive-through monitor that says that they do not have any lunch supplies. Visited this place on Friday at about 5:00 pm. and chose the drive thru to purchase two strawberry shakes. Speaker volume was extremely low volume, very hard to hear. Service was incredibly slow. How long does it take to make two shakes? There were two cars in the lot that were parked and three cars behind me in line. No reason to be that slow. read more

Tim Horton's does have good prices, but if you are looking for a good to-go breakfast burrito or breakfast in general, definitely not the place to go. My husband and I went a couple weekends ago in search of some good breakfast food to-go. The burrito was more taco sized and wasn't even warm. The hash brown that he chose as his side was also not warm and very hard and dry. I went the safe route and got a blueberry bagel with cream cheese with a blueberry muffin as my side so I could get 2 breakfasts from 1 combo. Bagel was good, but how can you mess that up? Without a doubt the most incompetent staff we have ever encountered at any Tim Hortons. Unbelievable how they manage to screw up EVERY SINGLE TIME we have ever been there! And when you speak to a manager, that's useless too. I would recommend not paying with a card since they charged me more than what I was told and when the girl realized she screwed up (big shocker there) she charged me more than what she told me it would be, and didn't tell me. I had to see it on my account. I have no problem paying for what I ordered, but don't go telling me one price and then charging another because of YOUR screw up! I'm inside the store ordering my Timbits and I ask for blueberry and raspberry filled, I get blueberry and birthday cake. I also order a medium hot chocolate and they give me a small, let me remind you that we are the only people in the building and there is no one in the drive thru. I have been sitting in the drive-thru lane for well over 25 minutes. There is no way to leave the drive thru line once you've placed your order, as the lane is wide enough for one car only. I will not visit the drive thru again. read more

This Tim Hortons has two great things going for it: Crushed ice for their sodas and a very convenient trash can when you're in the Drive-Thru. Best place in all of Mount Pleasant to throw away your car garbage and also get a Mountain Dew with crushed ice. I go here every time I need to go to the laundromat. read more

I've only been there at night a few times. Two very nice employees every time I've gone. One of which I don't mnd saying is pretty damn cute and another hpster guy both are very nice. Only thing was that the doughnuts were pretty stale, which they assured me was because of the time of nght I had arrived and the fresh ones come out later in the night. We came in on a Saturday morning at 730 and there was no muffins or donuts baked and on display. It was so hot in there I started sweating just sitting there waiting. The coffee was good but that is the only positive thing I can say about the whole experience. read more

As the line went out the door because of slow cashier worker, I waited 15 minutes to receive ONE sandwich. 10 minutes later we find out that they are out of egg and are continuing to take tons of orders. This Tim Horton's is a great place for breakfast, lunch and great coffee (does not taste burned!) at a very reasonable price. I really like the lunch sandwiches-quality ingredients and much lighter, healthier fare than the grease bomb fast food joints. And everything is always fresh-never had a stale roll or bun here. The people are friendly and do a great job. Cleanliness is superior. I highly recommend this place. read more

Wow, guess I should go back and give them another try, reading these reviews makes me think i was in the wrong place. We don't like what appeared to be 'organ' meat soup (beef vegetable) and overpriced small sandwiches. Naw, we aren't really going back.
