Not perfect as they seem to not notice mobile orders until you tell them you have one at the counter, but there were 3 people working and it only took about 5 minutes to get my food compared to the nearly 20 minutes it took back in April. read more

I was craving Tim Hortons for breakfast and got what I wanted with the Sausage, Egg, & Cheese on a croissant; Hash Brown, Large Decaf with Cream. I would add a donut or 10 Timbits. They had the Blueberry Sour Cream as a limited time donut as "Retro Donut" and enjoyed that donut because I am a sucker for Blueberry. I had mixed service at times, but it was wonderful service and will be coming back for my Iced Cappuccino, Timbits or a Donut at Tim Hortons. Easily the worst Tim Horton's ever. It makes me never want to go to any TH ever again. The service is awful and the drinks are flat out gross. Consistently some of the worst service I have ever gotten from a TH. New featured menu items pop up every month or so, which will have signs out front. I have tried to order these items numerous times and the workers tell me they don't have those items very rudely every single time. The drive thru workers seem to go out of their way to let you know how much they hate every customer that comes through, always very snippy and rude. All of this and they still get orders wrong very often, and meet you with attitude if you have issue with it. I would strongly recommend driving 10 minutes to the next nearest Tim Hortons. read more

Don't be fooled by Tim Hortons coupons. According to info on google, "one per customer" means you can only use one coupon per one customer. That makes sense. However if you try to use one coupon per customer at your friendly Tim Horton's, it no longer means what it says. Apparently if two customers are in the same car, or walk into the Tim Horton's together, only one of them can use the "one coupon per customer coupon????? Showed up 30 minutes before close (they close at 2pm) and wanted two bagels. They told me their toaster was turned off for cleaning because they close. I said that's fine I don't need it toasted and then she said rudely "we'll we don't have any bagels". I guess she didn't want to serve any customers while she's on the clock and the store is open. read more

Terrible location. I've gone a couple times more than an hour and a half before close(which they say is 4pm) and they're all out of everything and can never make any drinks because they're "cleaning the espresso machine." They're also very rude about it and sound annoyed they have to do anything. I'd understand if it was a half hour or less before close but c'mon. POLICE INCIDENT with an employee at Tim Horton's. If I could give negative 50 stars, I would. The poor service started with a rude encounter at the drive-thru speaker. We trudged on to the drive-thru window to pay for our food. And it went downhill from there. After about 10 mins of waiting after payment, the cashier comes back and says she couldn't find the chips. She didn't attempt an apology but said she would refund us for the chips. Fair enough She issues the refund and comes back more than 10 minutes later again. No apology for the wait or anything. Hands the bag out the window with not so much as a thank you for coming through and closes the window. I check the bag and there is only 1 of the 2 sandwiches we ordered. And the sandwich we received was not prepared correctly. Like not even close. Mind you, we were the only ones in the drive thru when we placed the order. The driver POLITELY handed the order back and say again POLIETLY, why don't we just forget it. If you could refund the order and we'll go elsewhere. She said is something wrong? The driver explained and was told that we would have to come back the next day for a refund because there is no manager on shift. Welp, that did it. Besides all of the other issues with this encounter, there was no sorry, no nothing. Just go away and come back tomorrow. What if we were an out-of-town customer? I told the cashier that was not an acceptable answer, and I would call the police if we didn't receive a refund. To which she rudely screamed, they are right there. The police were behind us (as a customer) in the drive-thru. The police officer was the only helpful individual in this situation. I called the store this afternoon and was met with a continuous series of rings and no voicemail so I couldn't speak to a manager. I'm taking my complaint all the way up the chain. I have never experienced such outlandish and rude behavior in all my years, and I don't think I will ever patronize a Tim Horton's again. read more

Customer service here is pretty odd. We came through the drive thru just to order a coffee and a tea. The register lady seemed kinda cranky. My fiancé ordered a medium French vanilla coffee, and she yelled back asking what size he wanted (even though he said). He then turned to me to ask what I wanted, and she yelled back "I can't hear you." When we got our drinks we paid but she didn't say anything. She handed us the drinks and walked away, again without saying anything. It was pretty awkward. They forgot the hot glove thing so the drinks were pretty difficult to hold too. read more

Well... I will just say this.... The dumb TH app keeps swapping me to Canada even though I'm in the great USA. And it won't let me swap my country back so it makes my try to pay in CAD. So, yeah, that's dumb. Also with each item you add to the cart it takes you all the way back to the main screen so you have to click 87 buttons to order two donuts and a coffee. Yeah, that's even dumber. So, I gave up on that and decided to order manually at the drive through since the dining room was closed. The app issue is not the store's fault so let me talk about them next. We were literally the ONLY car in the drive through. We pulled up to the intercom to order. We sat there. We sat there. We sat there. The intercom crackled. We sat there. We sat there. I mentally added TH to my "do not ever buy from" list. We sat there. We sat there. The intercom never crackled again. No one looked out the drive through window. Wait, wait, ok, I can focus now. Sorry but my eyes were rolled back in my head in a fit of pure groaning pleasure. Why, you ask? I'll tell you why: in a word, the COFFEE. I don't know what it is about it, but it is JUST WHAT I always imagined plain ole coffee should taste like. *sigh* I'm transported back to the 60s sitting at a lunch counter in Woolworth's, wearing a red polka dot gingham dress, white gloves and red pumps, hair piled on my head, black eyeliner and red lips, drinking coffee out of a white porcelain mug and eating a sandwich and chips. (no, I wasn't old enough to drink coffee in the 60s, but I do have a vivid imagination, thus the coffee induced daydream :) No other coffee shop except Yeah Me Too compares. It is smooth, mouth watering perfection. Drink it black, lemme tell you it's good. Period. So, for just plain ole coffee, no bells, no whistles, go here. The pastries n donuts are good and fresh also, no mystery as to what is in the filling of your cream filled donut lol. Oh, and did I say CLEAN, yes, very clean. I have a new favorite Tim Horton's Seriously. The other Tim Horton's in the area are not 24 hours anymore, so working 3rd shift, I am very thankful for this one. The coffee is always fresh, and if you come at the right time they have really fresh donuts. This location seems to always have things available, and the staff is really friendly. This location is also one of those strange Cold Stone locations which I can't really speak for, but I can say that they are also twenty four hours. Keep on being Awesome, with fantastic low priced breakfast sandwiches that are WAY better then the other guys. Seriously. The breakfast "biscuit is so moist, and fluffy. And let me rave about the thick cut bacon and how it is real deal. I know everyone says that they have the best "thick cut bacon" but Timmys really does have good bacon, that is crispy with out being over done. This location is absolutely the worse one I have ever been to. Since the COVID, they do not have a good selection and want people to buy the stale donuts they have left. I usually go through the drive through, but yesterday, 8/7/20, I went inside. Two people that can be seen. Only about 4 different kinds of donuts in the case and they looked to be old and stale. Only a couple of bagels visible. When I came in, no other customers in the store, I was ignored. I went to the rest room to wash my hands, and when I came out, I was still ignored. I left the store. This location is absolutely worthless and management of this store, really needs to rethink if this location should be closed. read more

I was craving the 2 for $5 Bacon/Egg/Cheese biscuit deal after work. Upon ordering, however, the drive thru employee said that they couldn't complete my order because they were 'all out of eggs.' That blows my mind, and it was incredibly disappointing to say the least. To make matters worse, the employee asked if I would like the biscuits just with bacon and cheese, but didn't offer to lower the price. That was ridiculous. Also there is a Kroger across the street, so run over and grab some eggs for goodness sakes!! I drove away unsatisfied and ended up going up the street to get bagels instead. read more

My order was simple; cinnamon raisin bagel toasted with butter and a small coffee with 1 cream, 1 Splenda. At the drive thru window I'm told that they've run out of cinnamon raisin bagels; no biggie, just give me a blueberry bagel. As I drive away and attempt to devour this bagel before I get to work, I'm thinking, "man they're really generous with the butter at this location, but what the heck, I'll risk the cardiac arrest this one time." When I take the first bite, the unexpected taste of cream cheese fills my mouth and I automatically spit the contents of my mouth onto my work attire. "Darn it!" But I try to remain optimistic; I'm hungry and I don't mind the occasional cream cheese, so I attempt clean off my work pants and scrape the excess cream cheese off my bagel while I'm sitting at a stop light. The light turns green, but I don't notice; one impatient honk from the guy behind me and I resume driving while I attempt to sip my coffee. They've of course neglected to give me a sleeve for my coffee cup, so I'm trying to hurriedly sip before my fingers are seared off from the heat. After my first sip it's evident that they have also forgotten to put the requested Splenda in my coffee; "FML." This Tims is the worst. It is too bad because it used to be the go to Tims. I think it's the new staff. They basically do not care and don't even bother hiding the fact that they don't care. Way way way too long waiting in the drive thru. It is not just one time either. Multiple times. Don't even bother going inside because they make you feel like you are bothering them. One day they ran out of eggs and donuts and didn't bother to tell us until we got up to order and we were standing in line for 10 minutes. No apology either. Might as well say screw you. They got a loyal following when it was tip top and now they live off that. I sent 2 emails to corporate within 3 months and they response is like this Tims. Basically they do not care. I always have the worst customer service year for some reason. Whether it's waiting in line for long periods of time, or my most recent experience, it always seems to be poor. Most recently I just waited in line for 10 minutes in the drive-through in on a busy morning only to find out that they were "cash only". I was not told that they would cover my breakfast I was told that the only way I would get my food was to pay cash or leave. read more

I've fairly certain I've been to this Tim Hortons more than any other restaurant in Columbus. Even though it's a mile out of my way, I come here for my morning coffee every day. My gut tells me I should support a local coffeeshop, but that would mean driving three or four more miles out of my way every morning, and I can't have that, sorry. So Timmy's it is. And the coffee is good. Not just good, it's great. Consistently great. Sure, I've had a few burnt cups, but that happens. The flavor is just right, rich and strong but not bitter... and that goes for the hot and iced versions. That's more than I can say for many of the local shops, unfortunately. As for the food, I don't often partake, but the frosted cinnamon rolls are scrumptious, especially on the days when they're extra-generous with the frosting. I also like the sausage biscuits, which seem to be put through a toaster oven so they're nice and crisp. Sadly, the donuts are not up to par when compared to Krispy Kreme or local shops. They're baked, not fried, which is probably better for your arteries but not as much for your taste buds. That said, it's still a donut and it still tastes good. There's also a Coldstone Creamery under the same roof if you want ice cream (you can even get a scoop in your coffee... interesting). The drive-thru at this location is super-fast. Sometimes you'll pull up and see four or five cars in line, but you'll still be on your way in two minutes. It's truly amazing. I've noticed the place does seem to run more smoothly in the presence of two particular employees, an older man and woman whom I assume are managers. Those two employees (whose names I don't know, pathetically) deserve shout-outs for their friendliness and hard work. The only thing I'd suggest to Tim Hortons is to build a store in the west side of the Northland area. It'd be nice to have a coffee option that I wouldn't have to go out of my way for (and no, McDonald's doesn't count). read more

Love Tim Horton's! The pastries are fresh and good. The strawberry/banana smoothies are wonderful! They are not overwhelming and the prices you can't beat. I wish they would come to Chicago! Very clean interior & exterior. Dunkin Donuts are so much higher in price and the quality is 1/2 of what Tim Horton's offers. I don't drink coffee, but my husband and sister love it. My husband frequents them in Canada when he goes on his annual fishing trip. Buy the coffee packages to take home, really a good value! PLEASE COME TO CHICAGOLAND! read more

As other's have said, customer service is pretty bad here. I've never had a problem with the old man, he always gets my order right. The woman manager lady is very weird and seems like she purposefully makes people hate the location so they don't come back. I've gone here multiple times and had my in-date coupons just straight up not accepted ("corporate says we can't accept them") even though when I used to come through just months prior using the same coupons, they were accepted. A lot of times they will be out of everything, and they seem to close 30-45 minutes early. If you ask for newer menu items that are available at other locations they will be so confused and say they don't have it. The food itself can sometimes be very mediocre, even for a Tim's. Like 2 thin slices of meat on a "sandwich" mediocre. Now apparently the Coldstone is not even operational anymore, but it's still advertised on the storefront and listed online. I've had other issues here like long waits and trouble at the microphone. It's just all not worth it for some fast food, Tim's ain't that great. Seems like this location is content with providing that absolute bare minimum in customer service to make enough to keep the store afloat, but make people not really want to come here so they don't have to do any actual work inside and can just stand around. A long time ago they used to be open 24 hours and had good food. It's just really gone downhill over the years. Not sure if this is all really stuff out of their control but as a customer it is so bad that I'd rather just go to a different location. read more

This location often has terrible customer service. For some reason they like putting the most unfriendly people at the window, who blame you when THEY mess your order up. The district manager of this location is also no help and likes to push things under the rug. There have been a few nice employees, but overall, I wouldn't recommend this location. I literally work 1 minute from this location and have felt the need to go way out of my way to another location, just to avoid some of this location. read more
