We received our food fairly quickly, and unfortunately, that was the best part of the experience. The inside of the restaurant was reasonably clean, but the food itself was disappointing. The donut holes were extremely hard, and I'm not sure if that was due to the Oreo pieces or the way they were prepared, but the texture was not enjoyable at all. The cheese on the hash browns tasted very odd and did not resemble real cheese--it had more of a processed, canned or tub-style flavor, which was off-putting. Customer service was also lacking. The worker was not helpful and communication was difficult, as it felt like they struggled to understand or respond to basic questions, which added to the frustration of the visit. If you are looking for a good breakfast, especially one that meets expectations for quality and service, I would not recommend going here. You're better off choosing another place nearby. read more

This is my least favorite dunkin. It just lacks pretty much everything a dunkin should be. They added banana bread to their menu, which is what brought me in... I should've stayed away the banana bread taste very chemically didn't even taste like banana and has an awful aftertaste... I would recommend avoiding it. It needs to be off the menu. read more

I've ordered here twice and I'm not sure when I request sugar free vanilla syrup in my iced coffee, I don't get the full-sugar syrup.

The service is 10/10. The people are sweet and understanding. They're attentive to what their customers are asking for.

We did an Oreo Hot Chocolate, midnight blend and two bagels. The total was 8.88. The Oreo hot chocolate was a sugar rush. The bagels were crispy and warm. The midnight blend was smooth and had just the right amount of cream. read more

This is my go-to spot every morning on the way to work. I've always loved the taste of Dunkin over any other coffee chain. The employees are always so friendly and very fast at keeping the lines moving. I use mobile order which is amazing so I can just go through the drive through and give my name rather than repeating my order every morning. My coffee is always there waiting for me at the window and so is a kind older gentleman that greets me by name every morning and as he hands me my coffee. If you've never been here and don't know what to get, try an iced coffee with caramel and milk. This has been my go-to for years although I've recently been getting their Girl Scout peanut butter cookie coffee which is around for a limited time....so yummy!!! read more

So who knew that the library closes with snow. Maybe level 2 snow emergency triggers it? Don't know. Regardless, it was closed but Dunkin Donuts was open with coffee and wi fi. After spending the morning and early afternoon home working with the hubby there (works for schools which were closed) - I couldn't 'take any more of being in the house while he watched "Pulp Fiction." My adventure into the snow led me to Dunkin Donuts. It was maybe 2 PM by the time I got there - no one else in the store. I got a large cup of decaf with SF vanilla flavor. Or at least that's what I ordered. I may have got decaf but pretty sure there was no flavor. Definite language barrier in place. At least the coffee was hot, the wi fi was free, and there was a seat away from the door (and they have a restroom). I sat down and plugged into the wi fi and went to work. I was there maybe 1.5 hours. I think 3 people came in and got small to go orders. Not sure how they stay in business - must have a heavy rush at meal times and mornings. There were maybe 7 or 8 tables and a TV was on - but no too loud. One other person came in and sat down before I left - but again, quiet enough and non-intrusive so I was able to work. This spot ranks not at the lowest for Gahanna options - but I don't think I'll be back. There are others that are in the same price range ($2) that I liked better. No real complaints - but also no AWESOME experience to brag about either. read more

It's May of 2022 and their lobby is still closed. We're in Ohio traveling; there aren't Dunkin Donuts back home. Would have been nice to look over the menu -- ya know, not in the drive-thru with customers piling up behind us. What if I wanted speciality donuts but they were out for the day? I could have seen that for myself, if their lobby was open. How much time is wasted, unnecessarily, by customers being tended to piecemeal, unable to see what's available, having to ask or wait to be told "we're out" when ordering? We left without ordering. I seen what was on their Menu a GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH for $4.99 which you could get with or without Forest ham. Now mind you the pictures does show the bread with grill marks on the bread. I ordered the Grilled Cheese sandwich with forest ham got and a large Matcha Frozen Green Tea. Got home open my sandwich wrapper and it wax not GRILLED AT ALL. It was two pieces of rye bread a slice of ham and two thinly pieces of cheese which appears to have been put in the microwave. When I called Dunkin and asked them they told me that's what a grilled cheese is suppose to look like. I explained I just spent over $11 for two pieces of rye bread and a piece of ham. I do not usually go to Dunkin Donuts, but I was gifted a gift card for my birthday and so I tried it out! I got a cruller, which was sweet and fluffy. I had an iced caramel latte to drink which was really decent! The last time I had an iced coffee drink from DD I was not a fan, so I was happy with this. I tried a turkey sausage and egg sandwich, which I wouldn't recommend. It tasted like water and had a weird texture. Overall, though, DD is fine but I will probably stick to just getting donuts and coffee. read more

Went for some donuts and egg and cheese wraps (whoa! $2 each. They are tiny but good I have to give them that. But $2???) we moved from Florida and they were 2 for $2. I love this Dunkin. I've not been a Dunkin person until recently, but this recently built location is convenient to a lot of my morning stops, so I come by occasionally. The gentleman who works the drive through is super awesome. They have yummy breakfast sandwiches, and who doesn't like delicious donuts? The coffee is well above average, and they will actually do iced decaf coffee too, unlike some places (I'm looking at you, Coffeebucks). Once or twice they've accidentally given me a caffeinated joe instead of decaf, hence the star deduction. Overall, great place, though. read more

This place has consistently been the worst service I've experienced in a while. The guy on the drive through intercom is always rude, and unclear. I asked for a bagel, and he said he didn't have that specific kind. Asked for a different kind of bagel, and same thing. After asking for about 4-5 different bagels, he just said they didn't have any bagels at all. Just tell me that upfront and this wouldn't have been a problem, but you're wasting my time making ME list off every bagel before you tell me theres none anyways. Then I get up to the payment window, to be asked "did you want a cinnamon bagel?" and for me to say yes please, and then be told they don't have any more cinnamon bagels. Why ask me then? I already was told there were no bagels, bagels, begals, bagels. This whole thing is about no bagels. They are always getting my order wrong as well. And their steak sandwich tasted like a tire with cheese. I know this has seemed all nonsensical, but every time I've gone to this location, its like I'm in a sitcom.
