I went here for their soft opening and ordered the jjajangmyun, okonomiyaki, and salmon roe onigiri. The salmon roe onigiri is pretty good. I must admit the flavor was new to me, but after the first bite, i loved. I will definitely come back for their other flavors (the crispy eel onigiri sound nice) The okonomiyaki is okay but to be honest I've been craving for one since I had one last in 2018 in the cherry blossom festival so this was a crave buy so i might be biased here. It's okay to satisfy a craving but nothing special, but I haven't tasted a really amazing/authentic okonomiyaki so you've been warned. The jjajangmyun is awesome. I ordered my food to go and made the mistake of not mixing the noodles well with the sauce, which they did not skimp on. Like half of the bowl is sauce, which im not complaining about. The sauce is flavorful but not overpowering so it's a bowl of jjajangmyun that you won't get tired of. The place is spacious and seems like a good place to eat with friends and will definitely bring mine in. Decided to try the place out for lunch during the weekday. It wasn't crowded and the food came pretty quickly. The menu is very expansive and there's plenty of options from sushi to ramen. It's not a sit down restaurant with a server, which was what I thought it'd be. It's more like a food court where you order the food and pick it up when it's ready. The food was good! The Chicken Katsudon Dupbop I ordered was good, but it wasn't crispy like most Katsudon I've had before. The coating had egg mixed in, which I think prefer by it from getting the nice crispy textured that's common with Katsudon. Still over all very good. The Chicken CupBop was good, but nothing special. Had to check out this new Asian eatery in Chantilly and it did not disappoint! The place was spacious and clean. As we were ordering, we can see other people's order coming out all looking so good! This place is super cute! It's like a food stall-esque environment. There is two food stalls as you walk in with bench tables all around. The service and staff here are all super nice! It is really clean and the vast amount of seating was very nice. But overall, the food here was just really underwhelming. All of it aesthetically is very cute but the flavors just weren't good. The bulgogi sandwich had a very artificial taste. The bread was super soggy and just kind of fell apart. It had no flavor outside of the bulgogi itself and I did not find it personally good. The udon was noodle were super underdone. For the price one price of shrimp tempura is such a rip off.... It was mainly just noodles and some tofu. The shrimp was also really soggy and I was hoping it had a bit of crisp to it but it just didn't. read more

I ordered Miso ramen and Okonomiyaki. They were okay. The Miso ramen 7/10: The noodle was good. The soup was okay not too salty. The egg was tender and sweet. But the pork belly is still a little hard. The Okonomiyaki 9/10: it was great. The crunchiness of the flour and the sweet and soft of the veggies inside created a nice texture and taste. The sauce is very good too. Unfortunately I had to take a stars down because the food came out too slow. I came at lunch time around 12ish. I thought it would be a place to get a quick lunch with my daughter. But I have to wait for about 30 mins before my food came out. Other than that, the restaurant is pretty clean. All of staffs are very friendly. One even offered to take our dishes inside. (The restaurant is kind of like a food court self service) This is a new restaurant, so maybe they need sometime to get used to with the process. Staff friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted to eat. It's fast casual so after you order, you get a pager that goes off when your food is ready. The spicy basil chicken bites weren't that spicy, more sweet, and had a nicely balanced basil taste. The salt and vinegar fries were crispy and flavorful. We also enjoyed their special, the spicy pork belly dupbob. The kimchi and spicy pork belly on top of white rice was delicious. Got the tonkochu ramen and unfortunately wasn't a fan. The broth and pork lacked flavor compared to other ramen places. All in all this place is a good spot to try. The expansive menu alone works when you have an indecisive family like mine. It was lunch and I ordered the Bulgogoi Dupbop takeout because it was last mins thing. The service was fast, but the cashier shall explain a little more about the menu. The smell of the Bulgogoi got my co-worker attention : ) which is always a good sign. It price and portion are about right. I will need to try to dine in and the food shall taste better. Also the matcha latte has a slight sweetness from it, but if you like sweeter drinks, there's sugar you can add on your own. There a dessert spot and Semicolon inside. Free to sit anywhere. Wait time is a little long since it's a busy place. The prices are so worth for the nice presentation and food. The fried rice with chicken was OK but very plain and simple. The chicken pieces were tiny little dried up pieces of chicken and were so gross. Not good quality at all! Nice food hall right across Lotte in Chantilly. Overall offers a nice variety of dishes from sushi to chicken sandwiches! Perfect place to come if everyone in the group is craving different things. The chicken kathy sandwich was very tasty. It was crispy, with yummy sauce and coleslaw. Highly recommend getting this. I also got tina avocado roll which was pretty good. Not amazing by any means but it scratched the itch. The crab rangoons were ok. Didn't love them. IMO I think the non-sushi items seem to be more flavorful and worth the visit. Didn't realize til I got back home but at this point, i just wanted to eat. they just opened, so I tried to be understanding. But they didn't even offer me any free stuff to compensate.
