November Gel manicure - under cured or weak top coat lefts nails tacky and texturized. Returned to…read moreshop (with my own gel polish) and had them redone and was charged in full. 1 day later two nails had polish completely lift off. Returned to shop where they repaired both and provided a gift card for a free gel manicure. Over the next week, four more lifted off! COMPLETE GEL LIFTING MEANS THE GEL SEPARATES ENTIRELY FROM THE NATURAL NAIL, OFTEN DUE TO POOR PREP (OILS, DEAD SKIN), IMPROPER CURING, AND/OR USING INCOMPATIBLE PRODUCTS! Christmas week with ratty nails . Called Saturday to make appointment with a particular tech. Arrived for the appointment and the only male there started to prep nails for soak off. When I asked when my tech would be taking over I received "What can she do for you that I can't?" He was so angry! I should have left then but did not. With tears in my eyes I let him finish the sloppiest and most painful manicure I've ever had. I had brought a photo of what I wanted, definitely not what I received. I had forgotten my gift card, and was charged in full. See final pictures what I asked for and then what I got- uneven nails, nails cut to short, bleeding cuticles, horrible paint job. EDITED to Respond to Salon: I have been getting my nails done for 40 years. SINCE AUGUST OF 2025 AT Nail's Pedis. Attention to detail and "perfection" as you call it SHOULD BE YOUR GOALS! I have had Gel manicures since it was first introduced. I have never experienced sub par top coat - leaving nails under cured and tacky. NEVER had polish lift completely off, NEVER. When both instances occured I returned to the shop QUIETLY and was quite satisfied with repairs and gift card. After 4 more nails lifted I said nothing until I came back in. AFTER calling first and making an appointment with Celine, who has always been so nice and accomodating. Upon arriving Ryan was annoyed. Spoke to me inappropriately and rudely. I did NOT spend 10 minutes complaining about gel lifting since that was already explained. When Ryan tried accusing me of nails breaking as the reason for the lift I said NO. Nails ripped and uneven AFTER lift. COMPLETE GEL LIFTING MEANS THE GEL SEPARATES ENTIRELY FROM THE NATURAL NAIL, OFTEN DUE TO POOR PREP (OILS, DEAD SKIN), IMPROPER CURING, AND/OR USING INCOMPATIBLE PRODUCTS! When I then asked when Celine would be taking over he had the audacity to say to me "She's not here - what can she do for you that I can't". WHAT??? 100% unprofessional. The photo I showed to Ryan was for the polish I wanted, not to change my hands! I realize my hands are 56 years old and of course wouln't look like the picture. How dare you say " as for your hand shape, we won't comment on that" !!!???!!??!! My nails weren't so short when I walked in there but Ryan cut my nails down to the quick resulting in painfull filing. The shape of my 56 year old hands did not cause the HORRIFIC services. The polish is uneven down to the nail bed, sloppy with gel baked onto the skin, filing uneven. My "old hands" did not cause the horrible, painful, bloody, and incomplete cuticle removal. Someone from the shop called me (ONCE NOT TWICE) and left a message to contact the shop for a resolution, which I was going to do today. Seeing the insulting and passive agressive response to the review was disturbing to say the least. This is not a good way to resolve things, right? I did not post anything negative until The Man treated me and my nails like dirt, and then to have a response like yours.. WOW. So many nail places out there to choose from. I was loving this one until now.

Moved from out of state and just tried this salon out of the blue. I was pleasantly surprised!…read more Nancy did a great job (I was spoiled by the same tech for about 7 years in FL). I will definitely be going back. Salon is clean and professional.

I continue to go there because I like how they do my nails, but I do not like their customer service or their bedside manner if you could find a better place, I would go there. Vibe there is a nice until you get shuffled around a couple times between a few people then it gets me a little anxious. I think they need to just stick with one technician for one person.

Literally BEWARE! My Mom, two younger sisters, and I went in to get our nails done the week before…read moremy wedding. We got four pedicures, one with gel polish, my Mom got a basic manicure with gel polish, and my sisters and I got refills on our acrylic with gel polish. I had one upgrade to my nails that I got white chrome for a more sparkly look to match my dress. For starters, the experience was horrendous. At one point during the services while being in the pedicure chair, my Mom had to respectfully ask them to leave me the hell alone because they kept switching up nail techs on me every 10 minutes and kept pressuring me while trying to make a decision about a color choice and shoving their phones in my face. I got so overwhelmed I literally almost screamed. I was definitely a little more stressed than normal because of my wedding being in 4 days but I don't think anyone should feel overwhelmed when going to a nail salon to get services and simply relax. At one point, I look over at my youngest sister who's sitting at a station in front of me and the woman working on my sisters nails is PRETENDING to trim her cuticles until about 10 minutes in to that and they switch the nail tech up on her for the third time. Now we're up at the front desk waiting to be checked out and they total everything up and tell my Mom that the total for everything was $400 dollars. HOW?! My Mom asked for a sheet of paper so she could write the price up herself and starting asking us what we got so she knew what we were being charged for. They start breaking down the charges to us which are not the prices they have listed on that menu by the front door so ignore that all together. A little over $100 dollars of the cost was to "change the nail shape" and "remove the existing polish from our hands and feet" How else would you do a nail service if you didn't remove the prior polish?! My Mom paid it reluctantly and we left. I felt disappointed and so upset for my Mom that she just paid that much money for services that I ended up paying her back for something that was supposed to be a special treat for my wedding. I will NEVER go back to this salon, I don't care if the services were free. They rob people blind and they expect that since that they shuffled you between 8 different people that each person should get a tip. Literally go anywhere else.
