Lovely little gem tucked into a shopping strip. The falafel is super crispy, pita warm and fluffy, and the tikka perfectly spicy. The manager is super helpful. This place is fairly new, opened in December. The service was very good. We had a number of questions as this was our first time there and he was very informative and polite. This place is amazing! Happened to be in the area and it caught my attention. They just opened up for the day when I arrived. I was greeted by what seemed to be the owner. He asked if it was my first time which is was and said to let him know if I had any questions about the menu. He was very passionate about his food. I ordered the chicken taziki plate with brown rice, black beans, toubouli, grilled vegetables, cheese, fresh salsa, with the tzatziki sauce on top. Ordered some pita bread as well. This place looks newer inside and clean. At noon on a Friday we were the only people there which isn't a great sign. The service was friendly, but the ordering process was a bit unorganized. Also, for each topping they were using disposable plastic spoons which led to small portions and slowed down the service a bit plus it just looked unprofessional. When ordering chicken tikka I was warned, by the owner I believe, that it was spicy. I like spice, but this had no spice. It came out quickly, which made me think that all the meat was precooked and just warmed up on the grill. That led to a very strange texture on the chicken, which had very little flavor. The steak was a bit tough and flavorless. The tzatziki was unfortunately flavorless also. We had an order of chicken samosas which were flavorful, but were in a filo dough and fried so it retained quite a bit of oil. They could have benefited from just drying out on a paper towel before serving. The hummus was also pretty good and the pita that came with the plate was great dipped in it. That should be a side dish or appetizer. I love the concept of this restaurant and they had good, friendly service. They just need to pay more attention to the quality of each component and the small details in service. I hope to see them improve and get more business. read more

I enjoyed the gyros, but the highlight for me was discovering the chicken samosas... oh my word! My wife and I have lived many years overseas and have had some amazingly good samosas. We both agreed that these are the best samosas we have found in Tulsa. If you like samosas, you need to go try these! If you don't know what they are - you need to go try these! If you don't like samosas, these might change your mind (perhaps you have not had good ones before?). Just a note: an order is for four and they are rather small. They serve Mediterranean and Mexican food (tacos, burritos, and quesadillas), which is a little off putting at first, but hey, I'm not really mad at it. I had a traditional gyro, fries, and some falafel. The fries are what brought us here and they did not disappoint at all! The gyro was good. Was it the best I've had? No, but not bad. The falafel was about the same, not the best but not the worst. The gyro is served to you with just the meat and no toppings. You're then invited to the front to add whatever toppings you want. These include an amassment of sauces and many Mexican and Mediterranean toppings (including pico de gallo, lettuce, corn, and some other stuff). Again, not that typical, but I'm not complaining. Overall, my only complaint is that it didn't seem that fresh. And the taziki (however you spell it) sauce was kinda bland (salt and pepper helped). My meal costed $14. My friend's steak quesadilla was good! So, maybe the Mexican food is a little better! Overall, it was good. Not the best, but not the worst. I'm not too picky though. Probably would be 3 stars, but the portion sizes and prices make things better! That and I'm a softy. I'd probably come back if I was in town :). read more

I came in on a Saturday afternoon because I was in the area. I was the only one in the restaurant so the owner had time to talk to me about the menu. I ordered Chicken Tikka as well as Steak Tikka tacos with a side of falafel. The chicken tikka was really good, flavorful and wasn't dry at all. Their tabouli is excellent with perfect amount of lemon and parsley (which they make there), as well as their hummus. I'm kind of particular about falafel - theirs was really good. Excellent crunchy outside, perfectly cooked on the inside paired well with a side of taziki sauce. Lastly, I took the steak tacos home and they were really good, even reheated. Located in a strip mall, lunch was ordered at the counter. First visit, so I relied on the suggestions of the cafe's friendly owner. He did so with sincere interest even while busy with other customers. I wound up with the chicken tikka platter, and had brown rice, black beans, hummus, grilled veggies and raita.
