Did I drive during a winter storm warning to get free boba as part of a Yelp Elite event? You bet I freaking did. ‍I've heard of the infamous Tiger Sugar and was STOKED that they finally came to Colorado. I had to go classic with the #1 Signature Brown Sugar Boba Milk + Pearl with Cream Mousse. I'm dumb and forgot to shake the tea before sticking the straw in, but it still tasted fireee. I will say that the paper straw was difficult but put in, but it worked. I should have asked for less ice bc I wanted more tea! And the boba pearls were varying sizes which made for a nice surprise haha. I can't wait to go back and try all the other flavors! read more

First 2 times I've been here , no custom order , it was fine . But the third time I been here today at 6 pm, Saturday , Dec 18,2021 , I'm fully disappointed at the customer service attitude and quality of the drink. I order number 4 and t3 XL , I asked for less ice on number 4, the girl who took my order was like no we can't do it , only standard ‍, understood but how hard is it to put less ice ? For the T3 Xl , I cannot put tiger jelly into it either , how hard is it to customize drinks here ? Oviouskt very hard and apperently it's not a thing here, I found out that the drink was so bland after I tried it , I ask them if they can put more sugar to make it more sweeter , this is where they have an attitude , they also say we make it how we make it , nothing else we can do . Withouth saying sorry or explain to me why, this is outrageous. The service was fine and so was the quality of the boba. I've tried so many brown / black sugar milk teas and am pretty familiar with what it tastes like. I ordered the regular black sugar milk tea drink (the #1) and it was horrible. It tastes straight up just like sweet milk, it doesn't taste like any other flavor is in the drink, and it's the weird aftertaste that got me. Mango sago is good here and their strawberry drink. The tiger drink sometimes tastes good sometimes the brown sugar syrup taste little bit like soy sauce not sure if they changed the brand or not when using these syrups. read more

Ok, I am a boba snob...I was craving a milk tea with boba today, decided to treat myself after a long work week. So glad I did! Family and friends, if you have not tried Tiger Sugar, do it, they have a small menu, but it is mighty, so good! I tried the #4, Black Sugar Boba Caffe Latte (two different sized boba)! They offer this in two different sizes too, small and XL, I went for the XL. They do add ice to the drink, the next time I may ask for no ice, maybe extra boba too. One might think that the drinks would be overly sweet, that is not the case for the #4, it was perfectly balanced. I love how it is served out of the gate, very pretty, but shake well to blend before you drink! I understand that Tiger Sugar makes their own syrups and have a special technique for the boba...the boba has the most perfect texture! I can't wait to go back. I am giving 4 stars because of cost, the XL with tip was $10 and some change! read more

Very very gross Taro drink using "natural Taro" that comes out tasting like oatmeal milk, all while using a picture of a typical Taro powder drink. Intentionally misleading. And doesn't do blended drinks for some reason? Also has the awful tip tablet thing. This has gotta be my least favorite boba place in the Denver area. read more

Tiger Sugar has some good drinks if you're a milk tea lover. My favorite is their milk tea with pudding special. A few reasons why this place got 3 stars from me is because it's a little more on the expensive side compared to other boba and milk tea spots, their drinks only comes in two sizes which is L and XL (I think, I can't remember the sizes) but they were basically a medium and a large at other spots and lastly for some reason they don't let you order drinks with no ice. I sometimes order my drinks with no ice so that I can save an extra one for the next day and not have it watered down but for some reason they don't allow that. Their customer service is not the greatest I ordered three drinks last time and they rang me up for five and I couldn't change my order because they had begun making it so I just had to pay for five drinks which I did not want. Great drinks but that's all I can say about this spot. read more

How can a boba drink cost $7.81 in the US? These things cost 30 NT = $1 in Taiwan. Price aside, the #1 signature drink was pretty mediocre in terms of flavor. This is such a sweet place. The staff is so kind and friendly, and the boba is good! We ordered a #1 and #4, and while both were delicious, I definitely prefer the #1. We got ours with Lactaid due to lactose intolerance, and we were happy to know that it did not change the flavor or experience. read more

I ordered the #4 and it was super yummy and definitely woke me up with the coffee! The actual boba is pretty small compared to other places I've been to, which isn't necessarily a bad thing...but they do mix both small and large sized boba in the drink. This place was pretty packed, but it only took me maybe 10 minutes to get my order. The only con I would say is that it is pretty pricey... for the size I think it's too much especially since other places would charge about or under 5$... another thing they don't have is different drink sizes when it comes to ordering some of the popular items... which kind of sucks if you want to get something larger. I also wished they had some type of punch card thing we're you get your 10th drink free or something.... Overall the drink was great ! Bad bad bad CS I'm a tourist and come from CO.I had a bad experience at this Tiger Sugar.If there were less than 1 star to rate I would choose but unfortunately I have to give 1 star it's too much compared to the others. What's going on here. When I entered the store at 10:58' on March 1, 2022, there were 2 men standing in the counter they didn't notice my presence.And continued to speak Chinese to each other.I ordered boba and the man with a round body (I don't mean to discriminate, I want you to easily identify and stay away) said not open (of course the shop was open, I just entered and I know enough time) time they open) & went back to his work and ignored my presence again . I was very upset and asked him : what time does your shop open?? He said At 11am, I showed my phone and said it was 11am. Then he sold me boba.&he looked at the store clock at 10:59'. Then apologized to me. I felt like asking for a free drink from This place. Service is very very impolite and looks down on guests. Drinks are NOT to say delicious and excellent.
