The collab is the cover of the drink and not the cup which was sad panda. Decided to have chocolate croffles too since they were out of spam musubi. The croffles were delish. Warm chocolate sauce on it - yum! My drink was pretty good. Just enough sweet and the popping boba was tasty. I like how they pop and add a touch of flavor. Fast service. Terrible milk tea We stopped by here to get our milk tea to help with craving and was fairly dissappointed. I got the black tea bubble tea with 30% sugar. The tea tasted mostly milk and not much of a tea taste. The bubbles were hard and not well cook. My friend ordered a taro milk tea with jelly and pudding and 50% sugar and it was entirely too sweet. This place was definitely poppin'! They were sure to have plenty of staff on to get those drinks out in a timely manner. The interior design and a cabinet full of board games make this a fun date spot. Now for the reason behind three stars: the prices are a little high, $1-2 too high with not much difference in price between the sizes (takin one out of the movie theater concession's book, perhaps?). The purple yam latte I ordered had only one note - milk. I was pretty bummed about that! It was lovely to look at but I was looking for a lot more flavor. I think a menu with descriptions might help those like me who may not be familiar with each item. Today was the grand opening of a new boba/bubble tea place in Aurora! This was previously Tbaar and has now become Kung Fu Tea, in the same shopping mall as the Pacific Ocean Market and under new ownership. From 12/18-20/2020, it's buy one get one free on four different types of teas. We ordered two classic Kung Fu Milk Teas at 30% sugar with red bean and grass jelly - perfect. I always appreciate being able to adjust the sugar and toppings to taste. We also bought a slice of Mango Crepe Cake. Not too sweet and with real fruit pieces, delicious. It was a perfect way to kick off the holiday break (or a regular Friday night!). While I'm sad to see the kind, previous owners go (and hope they're doing well in the pandemic), it's nice to know we still have a friendly boba place so close by. The new staff's great too! After eating dinner at Mr. Kim Korean BBQ, we decided to go and grab some boba. It is in the same shopping plaza where we had dinner, so we didn't have to go too far. They have a lot of drink selection on their menu. I honestly forgot what drinks we've gotten, but it was delicious. After ordering, I seen that they have drinks with yogurt and it looked soo yummy. A lot of their drinks look/sound really appealing. I'm hoping that whenever we do come back to Colorado that we are able to try other items on their menu. They also have these cakes on display, I should've gotten one as it looks really good. We will be back to try other drinks whenever we're in Colorado again, or I seen that there is Kung Fu Tea in CA, so we might check it out over here as well! read more

I am all about boba and great tea but this place just wasn't it. I'm not sure if it's because they're still training or it was an off day but the drinks did not taste great. I got the coffee milk tea with no toppings and honestly it tasted super weird. There wasn't much coffee tasting to it and it tasted strongly of tea, what the heck? My fiance got the taro milk tea with popping bubble and he said it tasted all right. It took a really long time to even get our drinks to be honest. And then when we did get them, they were a bit disappointing. Staff were nice and everything and there were a lot of options for boba. Plus, sugar and ice levels can always be adjusted as well. My go-to? It depends on the time of day and weather. Cold nights? Wintermelon milk tea with light ice, pudding, boba, and/or red bean. Warm/hot days? Mango green tea (zero to thirty percent sugar) with the already included mango jelly. This KFT has crepe cakes in their display cases that aren't too shabby either. I find myself here at least once a month depending if I'm dining in neighboring restaurants or grocery shopping at Pacific Ocean Marketplace. Convenience is what keeps be coming back, lol. read more

We waited patiently until 11:05, we seen someone at the register and kitchen however she did not acknowledge us and just went back to the kitchen. This is by far my favorite Kung Fu Tea location around!! I have come here more times than I can count, and the staff has always been more than welcoming. The bobaristas that take the orders are always so helpful if I ever want to try a new drink, and they have an endless amount of suggestions for something new to try. Angela, one of the bobaristas, is almost always working when I come in, she's super sweet and she's always so patient with me when i'm trying to decide what I want! I love her!! The indoor seating is open and I love to get my drink and just sit around and chill, enjoying the busy atmosphere of Kung Fu Tea. The tables are always clean and you can tell they are very sanitary behind the counter too. The staff work really efficiently in getting the drinks out so you don't have to wait around too long, and the drinks ALWAYS hit the spot. Not to mention they have crepe cakes and really tasty mochi donuts!! I think we should really appreciate businesses that work hard and do their best in customer satisfaction, and I can say this is definitely one of them. Will always be a satisfied customer. read more

We ordered two drinks. Then I found out a new Kung Fu Tea App user get a 3rd drink free, by scanning the QR code on the menu. We consulted the cashier lady what's the next steps to redeem the offering. She told us to download the app and link to a credit card. I followed along her instruction and get it all done in-front of the staff. Showed her my phone as a proof and such. The next thing we were told was, this offer does not work. The reason is the 3rd free drink will be put on a separate transaction. It's BAD business. We are fine if you make it clear in the front when people consult you for the promotion. You do not treat your client like a fool after told them what to do and then flip your words because you decided to. Luckily I did not load any credit to the App, as the moment after I signed up, a data breach warning email was sent to me from Kung Fu Tea. So what's the purpose of getting people signed up for their app, specifically asking to link a payment? Interesting. Tips to the business owner: 1- Train your staff what is transparency and mutual respect. 2- Educate the Cashier lady that being condescending and plays Authority hurts the business and undermine the effort from the rest of the team. 3- Consider offering zero sugar option in your drink menu. Finding this place was a by chance situation. I took my niece shopping at a local ethnic grocery store and this business was a few doors down. My niece really loves Boba and this establishment seems to specialize in it. The first time only my niece went in, but our second visit I went in and ordered too. They have various drinks from slushies to teas. Most are fruit flavored. I love Mango and Pineapple flavors the most. The slushy melts very quickly, especially on a hot day. They also have some mini looking desserts. I had to ask the flavor because they weren't marked on the display case. I liked the purple one and the orange one with red frosting lines on it. They tasted like mini pancakes with a flavor. Prices were reasonable for the drinks and the desserts. There is a small cabinet in the corner with lots of board games in it. One of my favorite boba spots in Denver! They always deliver the best! I recommend the Thai milk tea with boba, and they even have Morinaga donuts which are almost like rice cake consistency glazed with caramel but it is amazing you have to try them! The parking isn't so bad either because it's a combined parking with all the other restaurants besides it and the famous Pacific Ocean Market (Asian store) right next door. read more

I will say although it is a chain, out of all the locations so far this location has the best customer service and their drink flavor is consistent the two times I went. Trying all the boba places in California, I am always searching for a good boba place to go. Their Boba is soft and chewy and their drinks don't feel like they are watered down. Great place to stop by after grocery shopping next door or eating at the restaurants near by with convenient parking. It is clean and they have a variety of deserts including my favorite green tea crepe (it is soft and sweet but not diabetes sweet. It's the hint of sweetness with a strong match flavor), they had other cakes too and the Japanese cheese cake. So happy they opened in Aurora! Its convenient location does not help my boba addiction. I love the fact I can do my weekly grocery shopping at the Pacific Ocean Market, grab lunch, and get a boba for dessert all in the same shopping center. My new favorite is the Oreo Wow Milk Strike topped with Milk Cap. Their brown sugar boba is always so soft. If I'm feeling a little "fruity" after Chinese hot pot at Aki (located next door), I get the Mango Green Tea because I love the Mango Jelly that comes with it. But my usual is the Oolong Milk Tea with Crystal Boba or the Taro Milk Tea, 70% sweet, with Brown Sugar Boba. My husband's go-to is the Wintermelon Milk Green Tea with Herbal Jelly. I used to love Kung Fu Tea and was super stoked when this location opened up, as I previously went to the Hampden location. At first, things were great. Then lately, the staff seems very awkward and more interested in each other. What is weird is that I asked a question of the cashier (guy) and he literally just turned around and shut down, not saying anything. He must've given the girl a look because he didn't know, but come on guys. Having a decent attitude in customer service is the bare minimum. I didn't ask for anything extra, just normal questions. If there are 5 employees standing there and 4 of them are non-verbal unless it's amongst themselves, then you have an issue. I'm sure you're all great people, but if a customer who is paying money, who is also being nice, asks you a question then it's time to open your mouth and say something. Also, why are you sitting on the counter? Besides that, the drinks are good. I do like the different options for add-ins. read more

This is still a fairly new franchise location, and it is obvious that they still have some process flows that need to be worked out. Today I ordered my typical "go-to" drink: taro green milk tea with bubble, 30% sweet, no ice. I have ordered this drink in many different locations across at least 6 different states pretty successfully. My drink had ice in it, which wasn't a complete turnoff, but when I took my first sip while driving down the interstate, I thought I was going to choke - it was SOOOOO SWEET! I haven't had a bubble tea at the "normal" sweetness level for over a decade, so it was definitely hard to stomach. The bubbles were properly cooked so that's a plus. This was the second time I've ordered from this location (the first time was great), so hopefully it was just a fluke with lack of training/attention to detail on actually reading the label. read more
