Very accommodating! We stopped in on a Sunday around noon to pick up some Starbucks and enjoy lunch on the patio outside. Kimberly and Mo were working that shift and we're super kind and helpful. We ordered the cold brew pumpkin and an espresso. We also had our dog outside and they were kind enough to give us an oatmeal cup with water and ice! We enjoyed our lunch and Starbucks on the patio and want to make it a regular thing. Thank you! Stopped in to grab one of the "where you are" Series mugs since I was in town on business and like to collect it. The store was very clean and the staff (especially the nice older lady) were very friendly and helpful. The place smelled amazing (fresh brewed coffee normally does). I didn't get coffee this time but the ones I saw everyone else had looked great. read more

Lowering my opinion of this location. I'm not sure why when a customer orders something decaf...and you say sure we can do that in decaf, then you explain it won't really be decaf because you put expresso in it but you have decaf expresso as well so it could maybe be decaf...and and it takes 3 rather rude employees to keep trying to explain how a flat white decaf isn't really decaf but might be...don't get pissed and throw an attitude when someone changes their order. Ppl order decaf for a reason...if they order decaf...then it's a yes or no. It's actually pretty simple...well then again...this is Starbucks...nothing is simple..who am I kidding. read more

I love this place and they normally make my drink better than any other Starbucks I've been to but today the girl making my drinks messed up not only once but twice I normally don't mind but I don't like drinking a watered down version of my drink it was nothing but ice when I asked for light ice I might as well drink milk water. So I placed an online order of 2 drinks and 2 food items, went to pick it up and only 1 drink was ready, the woman didn't realize 3 other order stickers had generated.....she quickly threw the other drink together and the food items, making the 2nd drink incorrectly and leaving the food in the clear plastic wrap (which funny enough says "not labeled for retail sale") considering it was not busy, this was horrible service!!! read more

Quite a bit lower quality than your average Starbucks. The staff isn't very friendly.. And the trash cans have been piled high every time I've been in. DONT come to this Starbucks If you're in a hurry. They take FOREVER. I don't think the assembly line they have going on is working for them. I mean I would understand them taking a little longer if they had to serve drive through customers and customers who order inside but this Starbucks is strictly a come in side and order Starbucks, no drive through. So why is it taking them so long? The world may never know.. I'd rather go get my coffee from caribou down the street. Especially since I'm almost always in a hurry. They're fast and super yummy and the staff is really friendly. But that's just my own opinion. If you have time to come and relax at this store and do homework or whatever then maybe this is the place for you. But it definitely doesn't fit my fast pace lifestyle lol! read more

Good folks here so that makes it better than your avg Starbucks. And they are really good about fixing the mistakes made by other Starbucks. No drive thru, but plenty of parking on the north side. I would have to say they had a great variety of desserts so I got 3 of them I got a rice crispy treat which was super hard and dry ...I don't know how long it had been in the case. I also got a a cannoli it didn't really have much flavor to it and the filling wasn't very good at all ..I have to say I was super disappointed ???? the last thing I got was a chocolate cupcake it was okay but what I can say is I always get myself soy steamer and I was happy with it read more

Fast-friendly service, made my drink a tad sweeter than normal...

I gave them a call about a NONPROFIT coffee donation & was told "call a little bit later" at 10am???? I responded with "Okay! What time would be best?" She said "K thanks" and hung up. That's bad customer service. Unable to take even a phone number or a moment to respond to my question. read more

I love Starbucks and I hope one day Starbucks will recognize that. I always love to try their extra chocolatey chip drink with hot fudge on top. I love so much fudge that I pick out the best treats in the side of me having a small snack as a complimentary reward for even choosing Starbucks. I've always loved their cheesy flavored Croissant as well as their cake pops. So good. It just keeps getting better and better. read more

False advertisement!!! They had a 30% discount sign on mugs, tumblers, presses and pour-overs. I got two mugs that were right below the sign and they did not honor it stating that the sign should not have been there. Poor customer service. read more

It's fine, it's a typical Starbucks. A really casual crowd seems to roll here, a little different than other locations I have been to in the same general area. Baristas are nice, it's all good. As for parking, you are better off parking behind the building in the lot back there. Parking in the front of the store means it's easy to get caught in the main street's traffic, which can be really crazy at peak times. There is a back entrance from the back lot, so it's not like it's out of the way or anything. read more

The girls who work at this Starbucks location are the best! I sometimes want to try new things, but I don't really know what I'm doing with the menu. They are super gracious and walk you through everything. Sometimes the app doesn't work, and they're unbelievably patient. The staff here is so friendly and welcoming, they make you feel right at home. Starbucks is Starbucks from location to location, but if you have the time to sit, it's nice to have such a friendly environment to do it in. read more

Do I really need to review a Starbucks? Eh, probably not....but, since I checked in here, I might as well...I like this location, the baristas are always nice...not overly nice, but, nice. Always very busy so I never get a table. If it's nice out you might get a table outside if you're lucky. The service is usually fast and polite. It's still Starbucks so it a little pricey. read more

Watery drinks. I've order teas, lattes, got chocolates and mochas. But they are all watery. It's gross. And not worth your money or time.

The crew is always excellent at this location. Angie is super nice and always gets it right. Greg the manager must be a great trainer because new employees are always productive after a short amount of time. It can get a little crowded and there aren't many tables but this location is always better than the other Starbucks nearby. read more
