I'm so shocked to see coffee shops open so late in CO (coming from Mn). We were headed to see a movie after a somewhat long day and wanted a quick pick me up. It was after 6pm and only the drive-thru was open. I loved that they have an actual person taking the order outside because we were able to ask questions and get recommendations on drinks. I got the OG gummy bear flavor drink on blended lemonade. It was good but very sweet (if you don't like sweet drinks get the flavor with a seltzer base). We don't have Dutch Bros in Mn so it was nice to finally see what the hype was about. read more

Been passing by this location so many times and today was the day. Finally had a chance to use gift card that was crying to be used for past year or so. As soon as I pulled in and looked at the menu, one thing that stood out was the word "protein" add ons or Rebel energy drink options.. Very very interesting concept when I use to Starbucks menu. It was a hot day, already had many cups of caffenated drinks. I ended up getting a large mango smoothie. With bits of ice and delicious, refreshing mango juicy, it was a perfect drink. It was lot lighter than the heavy gritty mango juice that I do not prefer. Here I come! read more

Airport street great customer service and awesome drinks but the wait time on the afternoon and evenings is a 30 minute wait!

Drinks are always good (I only get rebels). The service is amazing. The workers are always so kind and I don't know how they put up with everyone. I couldn't do it! That being said, if I could give customers a thumbs down, I would. People lack situational awareness...so here's a diagram of how the drive thru system works, given it's a busy day. Today, for National D Dog Day, they had bandanas! Pup cups here are always free and bigger than competitors'. I usually love Dutch Bros, but the Arapahoe & Jordan location let me down tonight. I sat in the drive-thru for over 10 minutes while the car in front of me chatted and giggled with the employees about concerts and personal stuff. It honestly felt like the people in that car were their friends, because the employees had zero concern for actually taking their order, making drinks, or serving anyone else in line. When I finally got to order, the manager (she said her name was Patricia) was rude and dismissive when I brought it up. No apology for the wait, no effort to make it right; just attitude and "I understand you feel this way." The other employees were also combative and didn't seem to care how long I had been waiting. Dutch Bros is known for great customer service, but this location really missed the mark tonight. I left frustrated and disappointed. Will never come here ever again. Calling store manager/general manager tomorrow and having them pull the footage and talk to lovely Patricia. Also submitted feedback about this on their general website, we'll see how fast they respond. I work in customer experience as a leader. If you guys are known for your customer service, do better. What was even better, was the entertaining sign on their menu telling drivers not to try ordering at the sign but with a broista. If i could give this place 10 stars i would. I came in for the first time first time today, so I walked inside so it wouldn't be one of those annoying slow people in the drive-through lane. I rang the bell and I waited a minute, and before I knew it, I believe it was the manager came up and helped me personally. after finding out i hadn't been here before, he actually gave me my drink for free, and then we started talking about the educators who i was getting my gift cards for. I was purchasing two gift cards for some of the lunch team at my children's school, who i feel don't get enough thanks. Out of nowhere, the manager told me that the gift cards were free as well. What a soul! We need more people like this in the world. this will definitely be my new go to coffee place, even though it's not as close to my home is some others. I understand the hype now. This was my first experience at Dutch Bros Coffee at 7:20 in the morning. Luckily the line was doable for me and I was in no rush. My order was taken and then delivered to me in like 10 ish minutes. But because of the way it is set up, sometimes you will get your drink before all the other cars in front of you and since you're stuck in the drive through lane and can't exit the line - you are stuck waiting even though you have your order. The golden eagle blended with whip cream was delicious. It wasn't overbearing sweet the drink was nicely blended together and the quality and taste is so much better than the brand with the siren. Very happy that I finally got to try it. But the barista/person taking my order was nice and friendly so no big complaints here. I first saw Dutch Bros. Coffee in Colorado Springs several years back. Wondering as to how good this place was, I FINALLY had a chance to visit one of the locations in the Greater Denver area (locations in the Denver Metro started to pop up in the last year or so.) One of my coworkers once raved about one of the drinks she buys at DB on a regular basis. And each time I passed by a DB in Denver, there was always a good line of cars in the drive-through. I guess I started to have good amount of hyped-up expectations towards it. The very location I went today has a closed in walk-in area so I, of course, walked up there instead of using the drive-through (I'm not much of a drive-through person anyway.) The moment I stepped inside it, I started to have a little doubt. First of all, there was nobody at the tiny window of ordering counter. I kept hearing noises/voices coming inside of it but that appeared to be that of the person at the drive-through window. Since I wasn't in a huge hurry and was the only customer there, I decided to take my time by taking a few photos of the interior. The inside was kind of dark with a limited number of windows. "They could use a little more design" was what I thought as it was almost boringly plain. However, it was clean. I still tried to find the "good" in it. And there it was: a wall art with a lengthy message on it (it's called "The Dutch Creed") which I found it intriguing. This Creed is a message of positivity that talks about having peace of mind and doing good/kind to others; this, of course, elevated my mood as if I needed to hear it. Is this Dutch Bros's mission statement or motto? Whatever the case may be, I took a picture of it and uploaded it along with this review (so please take the time to read it if you haven't read it yet.) 5 minutes later, a young man came in and greeted me at the ordering counter window. Apparently, he was taking a break outside. He was nice as each time he said something, he ended his question or sentence with "my friend" (e.g., "What would you like, my friend?" or "What would you like in your nitro cold brew, my friend?) His customer service skills were excellent to say it in minimal/minimum. As I already stated, I got me the nitro cold brew as that was the only item I would want to order out of the very limited menu board right next to the window. Also, most of the drinks (or possibly all of them) only start at the size of medium (so there isn't any size small if I'm not mistaken.) When I got my drink however, I was quite surprised to see the size of it as this could easily be the "venti" size at some famous coffee shop giant. Now how did my cold brew taste? To be frank, it was so-so or decent at the most to comment about it. So to summarize my today's first visit to this Dutch Bros. Coffee, I didn't become a big fan. The quality of the coffee and overall appearance of the store were that a typical fast food burger joint minus the burgers and fries is what I gathered. It wasn't all bad like I stated. Maybe I should try other drinks on the menu but I'm not sure about those overly sweet coffee drinks. One request I can make to them is that they expand their menu a bit more? read more

It was a super hot day and the drive-thru line was long (probably took us a good 20 minutes but that's nothing compared to when it first opened, I guess). Ironically it will take you that long to peruse the entire menu and narrow down choices because everything sounds delicious! I had the B-52 Dutch Freeze with slight whipped cream. The orange flavor was subtle, almost unnoticeable until I sipped my husband's drink to compare. He might have gotten the Tuxedo also Dutch Freeze style. I ordered the Annihilator Cold Brew for my mom as she doesn't care about gimmicky drinks. Still, she said it didn't taste strongly of coffee. And that's our complaint about our drinks too. (Just recently I heard my friend ordered a hot version of the Annihilator and said the espresso flavor was very prominent, so there you have it!) They have the order/pay/pickup system down to an art. The guy who took our order (well, showed the girl trainee how to take our order) was spinning and playing all sorts of tricks with the beverage holder, it was quite entertaining. I want to love Dutch Bros but I'm an efficiency girl and this place needs some work in that area. Employees are very friendly and always up for a chat and I've enjoyed all the iced drinks there. I don't know why I haven't tried a hot one yet (especially since only tried it in the winter months) but it needs to go down soon. I just wish there was a better flow to the drive through lanes or be able to order a head of time and grab at a window. I only go here when I have a spare 20 minutes on my hand. I like their coffee but again, have to really decide if the wait is worth it. read more

Excellent service as always at DB! So excited to be here the 1st of the month and get my very first sticker. Yay! There is finally a location close to me, and I could not be happier. Orders were being taken while we were in line, so that our drinks were ready when we got to the pick up window. There are SO many options, hot, cold, breve, latte, americano, frozen, juice, it just does on and on. I recommend checking out the menu online first. I got the Ninja latte, ( I chose sugar free white chocolate) and creme de menthe. Great flavor. This location was extremely busy, and they kept the line inside and the drive-thru moving quickly. This location gets crazy busy, especially during the weekends and on holidays. It has two drive thru lines and an indoor order window. I pass by this location all the time, and never really seen it being not busy. I order a winter seasonal drink called Sweater Weather. It was a hot chai tea drink with cinnamon, nutmeg, and white chocolate. Very tasty and delicious. An excellent treat for a cold day. read more

I didn't feel the coffee beans were of high quality and I feel like they use sugar and cream to replace the taste of the bad coffee. Their coffee is good - today I ordered a large oatmilk latte and while the price was steep, I was (pleasantly) surprised to learn that their large is bigger than a Starbucks venti, & they do have oatmilk which the coffee giant does not. That being said, I do not think it's worth waiting 20+ minutes (the line is always SOOOO long, even at 10:00 at night). Today, I waited ~ 10 mins to order, & then 2 minutes after I placed my order, my drink was brought out to my car. That's great, except for there were still like 7 cars in front of me & I was already in the drive through lane so there was no where for me to go. While I appreciate their attempt at being speedy, that wasn't the most efficient process. The employees are really friendly, but the three stars is driven by their weirdly inefficient process. Perhaps it's COVID & the fact that their lobby is closed that contributes to this weird process. Until their lobby opens I'll probably stick to making my own drinks at home. I will say that their drinks are much better than Starbucks though, in my opinion, if you have time to wait! read more

I have constantly had poor service here. Drinks are rarely made to order and waiting for your drinks takes significantly longer than any other location. Staff seems uneducated about the menu, give mean glares through the drive thru window and have poor customer service. You're better off driving to a different location to get your drinks. read more

Had seen these places and heard from friends about them. As we were heading home after running errands on a hot day, we decided to stop in and see what the fuss is about. They had order takers in the drive through line to move it along which was great but not if you are not familiar with their menu items. When we saw the order takers, we looked at the menu online. I decided on a peppermint bark Dutch frost which is a shake made with white chocolate, dark chocolate and peppermint. Added whipped cream on top. He chose a blueberry pomegranate smoothie. The line moved fairly quickly and the order takers and server at the window were friendly. The shake was delicious. Smooth, cold and rich. His smoothie though was fabulous. Fruity but not ultra sweet. I want another after my taste. This stop was a great idea. Would return. read more

They have tons of flavor combinations in fact the menu is pages long which can be fun to come and try new items. I've tried a couple of different combos and unfortunately I thought all the flavors here were way too sweet and artificial tasting and weren't my cup of tea (literally). Love Dutch Bros. This location has really friendly staff most of the time. The problem with this location is the fact that there are no signs out to inform cars to form two lines. Every time I come here cars are confused and form one giant line and try blocking cars that are trying to form two lines. On top of that this location rarely has runners out taking orders and organizing confused traffic. This results in a very long wait time. I don't come here as much as I used to because of how chaotic the line can be and the long wait time. I don't see why at the very least a 'Form Two Lines' sign can be left out at all times. That will solve half their problem. read more

This is my new coffee place. My daughter told me I would be addicted and she was not kidding. I waited a long time for it to open and it's so close to work. I think that I have been threre everyday of the week since opening. My favorite is iced coffee, even on a 10 degree morning. The staff is so nice and even during training too. They are super fast and make it fresh. I am looking forward to the summer refreshing drinks. As the word gets out, it has been more and more busy. They have so many things. Here is a suggestion. If you don't know what you want go in and review the menu, allows the people in the drive-thru to get out a little faster. read more

This is the second Dutch Bros I've gone to and had another delicious experience! I tried the Annhilator this go around and it was just what I needed on this cold Denver morning. My only negative about this experience was the directions that were given to me after I ordered my drink through the drive thru (they had someone standing outside taking orders). The young man said "go to the front and we'll take care of you." Seeing as I was in the drive thru I was a little confused because one would think you'd just go up to the drive thru window and grab your drink. But how he worded it, I thought they were bringing it out to me in the front parking lot. Instead of waiting around in the parking lot, I just went inside and asked. I did indeed need to just drive the 15 ft and stop at the window. Hopefully next time they will be a little more clear. Oh well... This location is hit or miss. Yes expect a long wait no matter what time of day, but the customer service is always on par and they do their best. My favorite is the classic annihilator and some days it tastes better then others. No clue. The long waits are due to there being really no other Dutch Bros in the DTC. Or south Denver for that matter. Their coffee is better and cheaper then Starbucks, it's also stronger for sure. Go Broistas... Your doin your best! read more

It's a shame they don't offer Lavender flavoring all year round. It's my favorite but I can never remember when it's available and when it's not available. So I go to Summer Moon instead because it's always available there. Or I make my own. I've found I rarely go to Dutch Bros anymore because they are irrelevant if they don't have what I want.
