So I do like going to Starbuck, but I've been going to this one a lot less. They've gotten my order wrong more then once, even with mobile orders, the staff inside the building are rude to customers, and the drinks I get are almost always either wrong (as in they add whole milk when I can't have dairy and I ask for almond causing health issues) or the coffee tastes burnt now. The Ambiance is quiet, but I'm unsure if it's because of lack of customers or customers are sometimes uncomfortable from staff. read more

My regular order always includes ...no foam, no room. Today was the first time in many orders (at various stores) that my order was as requested. However, I was thankfully they had short lines, because they were running very slow today, so I reduced my review from a 5 to a 4. ... just took my first sip and discovered that I got a Chai Tea instead of a latte. (I don't remember if I looked at the screen??) I adjusted from a 4 to a 2 because I had to go back to the store. I really don't like having to go back. ... going in to get my latte order corrected, I saw the reason for the very long wait time. There was NO hustle! 6 people working behind the counter, 6 people waiting for their orders inside & only 3 cars in the drive through - I had plenty of time to adjusted my review from a 2 to a 1 (you can't give a '0' value for a review. I am a very, very loyal Starbucks customer in every state and city I go to, but today, this is the first time I have ever felt unwanted at a location. I walked in and had to use the restroom but was going to order a drink as well. When I walked up to the counter, it wasn't hi or anything it was what you would like to order. Usually, Starbucks is Starbucks is Starbucks, but it's not when your drinks aren't good. Then it's a waste of a $5 coffee and your time. They don't seem to be overly busy at this location, so I was pretty surprised by the order mistakes. Both of our coffees came out burned and tasted so awful, we drove back to get new ones. The customer service was great though, and they were 100% apologetic and accommodating to quickly hand us replacement drinks. That's why this review is two stars and not one. The second round of drinks still were not great, but they were better than the first time. We stopped back by the next day too. Starbucks is usually not my ideal cafe to go and hangout, but I decided that I had no choice but to work on my essay at this location and I definitely had a blast working on school work here. Though I did enter in when they were an hour before closing, I still enjoyed the beauty of seeing other college kids my age spending time on their laptops, studying just like myself. I ordered a chocolate chip frappe with extra, extra chocolate and a cheesy flavored dessert. Leslie was really nice she assisted me and she even chose a humorous name to put on my cup. (Bonquiqui) it was hilarious!!! The tables were awesome because Starbucks is known to have seats and tables with outlets to charge your phone or computer. Ok so I asked for a custom drink they couldn't do it through drive thru so I went inside but not before waiting a hot 20 mins in drive thru behind 2 cars. Once I got inside I didn't understand why drive they was taking so long but then I understood why it's because they was playing around. Probably won't be going back to this Starbucks. I went through the drive-thru to get a regular dark roast with extra cream, nothing too complex. I received my coffee, and firstly, it didn't seem like they had put extra cream in at all, second, coffee had spilled down the side of the cup as they poured it, and saturated a portion of the sleeve to the point that the sleeve just fell apart in my hand while I was driving, which resulted in me almost spilling my still hot coffee all over me because I had to quickly readjust my grip on the cup making the lid pop off. So I only got coffee on my hand as opposed to my lap. read more
