This is the first time I've been to this Starbucks. I'm not that big into coffee, I'm more of a tea girl. I happened to find my way into this particular location due to a scheduled meet up with my boyfriend. We needed a chill location to go over some personal business. I ordered a Strawberry Acai ice tea and he, a Grande Americano. I enjoyed mine and as far as I could tell, his did the trick. It's pretty quiet in the shop with the exception of the guy in the middle of it who got lost on his way to the Boys and Girls Club. Hey buddy, this is a coffee shop, not the International Yoyo Championship! Overall, it's clean, the staff is professional, they offer a drive thru and of course like every Starbucks: free WiFi. I'd be back if I lived in the area, but I'll stick to Caribou Coffee near me. It's more my pace and style, but I really have nothing bad to say about this shop. read more

I would like to agree with one of the last reviews for this place; Starbucks generally isn't ideal for hanging out. However, I have gone to this one several times and have found that it has quickly become my favorite! As a freelancer it's hard to find a consistent coffee shop where you can always pop a squat and sit down to get some work done. A shop with a strong internet connection, not packed to the gills and without a lot of noise. This Starbucks has all three, with a combination of excellent employees as the cherry on top. Each time I come to this Starbucks I always receive quick, efficient and excellent service from the Baristas! They're always nice, patient and willing to make any drink for you. and it's just the way you like it! A really cute barista made my coffee just right yesterday, so I'll definitely be back! I have gone through drive thru and inside, they are always nice at the speaker box and their store is always clean. My order is as requested, and sometimes they even ask those extra questions to make sure we don't forget to ask for things unsweetened! They even compliment me on my outfit(which anyone who spends time putting an outfit together, can appreciate) 5 stars for always being cheerful and prompt when it's so busy! read more

I walked in and ordered a cold brew coffee at 4:04pm today. By 4:11 I had watched 2 drinks be made, both incorrectly. Out of the 5 employees there was one (short with cute red hair) moving with any sense of urgency. The rest seemed to have sloth in their genetics. I finally left without any coffee, without my money, and I got the opportunity to be late to work. I knew that if I had tried to wait for a refund I would have been even later and at that point I was so angry I just wanted to leave. The only response from any of the employees to the complete chaos was one girl giggled and said "sorry the store is a mess." This was the worst experience I've ever had at a Starbucks and I will never come back to this location. read more

I go to starbucks frequently. I'm a big fan of going in and ordering my drink in person. Ive also worked for Starbucks in the past. The reason I am reviewing this for 2 stars isn't for the drink, its because I stood in line at the register for almost 10 minutes waiting for my order to be taken. I watched as multiple drive through car orders were taken, prepared and given before I was even asked what I wanted. I also watched as an older gentleman stood by the barista waiting for his drink (10 minutes and he was there before me) as priority was given to the drive though. If you are going to have a larger Starbucks in a shopping center off a busy interstate, then you need more staff and not to ignore your in store customers. read more

This Starbucks is always clean when I come here. They are always fast and the employees are always friendly. They have always got my order correct. I always get the americano. The caramel macchiato with whip cream is delicious. Anytime I order through my phone my coffee is ready to go when I arrive. This place is also a great place to work because it's very quiet and peaceful. read more

This location is always running out of stock. They don't even have bananas to make a smoothie. The wait time forget about it. I had to leave the line from the drive-thru the wait is unbelievable. In another occasion they got my order wrong too, they had to redo the whole drink again. I won't be coming here again. There are plenty of coffee shops available here. read more

For the INITIAL tip I layed down $100. Everyone was friendly with the exception of one individual. DAVE is the best!!!! Awesome guy. Two more trips 2 more 100's. Now??? SHANNON was totally 100% awful. No "hello!" From ANYONE last two trips. I got to the counter and all that was said was "what can I get you". Tipped .27 cents this time. One off day is okay but today makes three. NOT EVEN EYE CONTACT!!! Dave was not there. I just threw away my purchases. I brought it up in briefing, two others noticed their attitudes. I'm abused enough on the street! Too bad Dave wan't there. I complained to management and they said they'd "get right on it". The change?? Everyone was worse! DON'T GO HERE!!!! read more

This is probably the best Starbucks in this part of aurora. The staff is always open and friendly and I've never had a bad experience with service here. I come by 1-2 times a week and they always get my order right and are the only store that does. Every time I buy from here my drink is perfect. The only spot of trouble I've had is when I go inside, I've had a couple of the baristas coo at my service dog, which can be really distracting to her. Otherwise this is my favorite location and I definitely recommend them. read more

Staffs here are very rude. One of my orders were missing. After receiving the first one for 10 minutes, I politely asked for the 2nd item. The barista realized she has left the drink on the counter, she grabbed and slammed it on the pickup area angrily. Highly not recommend anyone to drink here at this location. read more

People are great and nice new Starbucks, but warning! Slowest wifi I've ever seen. They have yet to switch to the google Starbucks wifi and hence my speed tests are worse than my 1992 28.8 baud modem. Come here to enjoy the coffee and bring your own hotspot. read more

Ordered a chai latte at the drive thru. Pulled up to the window and saw the lady filling a drink up to the top with tap water. Turns out it was my drink and I received a luke warm chai flavored water. If you can't measure out the correct amount of milk and pre made chai mix and heat it, you probably shouldn't be working at a Starbucks read more

I rarely write reviews, but feel compelled to give huge props to the staff at Starbucks tonight. We came in tonight at around 8:00 (Friday, Nov 3) after dinner with my older parents to have a warm drink and use Wi-Fi to show the parents some things on their iPads. We are rarely in Aurora, but I have to say, the employees couldn't have been friendlier from the moment we walked in! Before we left, my dad wanted his drink heated up, but they ended up even making him a new small one because they don't reheat that type of drink. Great experience! read more
