The other technicians are equally incredible and some of them are related to Vinny. A true family owned and operated business. I am petrified of bugs but especially cockroaches. Vinny would come do services in between my usual bi monthly service just to ease my mind and give me a sense of safety. He has great pride in his work and successfully runs his business with honesty and humility. We moved to Savannah so unfortunately had to stop using On Target Pest Control. If I could convince them to come to Savannah I would be thrilled! However I do think others should know of what an eco friendly pest service On Target is. I can attest to safe products because my dogs and infant remained in the home and had zero problems after a service visit. Call On Target if you want highly trained, professional pest control done each and every time.

Punctual, professional and I haven't seen any bugs…read more This is a family owned business ya'll. Support them! They are awesome! I was seeing "waterbugs", spiders & centipedes. You know? Those BIG roaches. They were in the garage heavy and then I started seeing them in my sons' room and that was a little disrespectful to me. I called On Target after looking on Yelp. I just wanted a 1 time treatment, which none of the larger companies offered. They all want you to sign a contract. Since I am renting and didn't feel like there was any type of infestation I didn't want to commit to quarterly or a 1 yr contract. I submitted a request on Yelp. A lady ( I can't remember her name) called me back and asked a few questions. She knew her information, was professional and informative. She told me my options and set the next available appt. The technician arrived with his son in tow. Showing him the business!! We talked, they sprayed and left. Pretty simple. All of my questions were answered. On Target told me if I saw anymore bugs to call them and they would make it right. I liked that. After the treatment, I have seen 3 bugs. The 1st was a few days after treatment. He was on his back! The 2nd was a spider and I smashed him. The last 1 I saw was over a month ago and it was a little small thing so I squashed him. Let me not forget to mention that I have children. 1 has asthma so I was concerned with what grade chemicals were being used and the smell associated. On Target has "GREEN" or "natural" formulas. Your choice. But choose On Target!!!

Two days later the bats have been removed, everything secured so they would not be able to get back inside, and everything cleaned up. I've already recommended Pyramid Exterminators to a friend needing service and I recommend them to you as well!

Michael just finished almost shrink wrapping my house to keep unvited rats from invading my crawl…read morespace and then sneaking into my kitchen. If his work doesn't keep them out, nothing will. My experience with Mayday Pest Control started with a detailed inspection by Jonathan and an proposal that was very reasonable. It came with a one-year warranty and the option of renewing yearly at a cost that breaks down to about $20 a month. Scheduling was easy. They scheduled my one-week follow up while Michael was still on the job. Both Jonathan and Michael, the technian, were profession and unusually punctual, showing up at exactly when they said they would. That's key to me. Michael was delightful. He spent hours at my house looking for ways these crafty rats were getting into my house and blocking it. His description of the work he was doing sounded like the perfect approach. It's too soon to see if all this worked. But in the meanwhile, I'm telling my neighbors who are also under seige by these rodents that have been displaced by nearby contruction. Can't say enough positive about Mayday, Jonathan and Michael.

I had done a different pest control when I moved here and noticed no difference so I had lost hope that anything would actually work. Well I made calls Friday late afternoon desperate for someone to come out and spray before the party Saturday morning. Brian had missed my call and I explained my situation and he asked if he could contact another customer to push their appointment an hour and see me first and he would call me back. They thankfully agreed and he came right out. Thank goodness he did because we didn't see a single mosquito the whole party and loved being outside for the party. Additionally I had him spray for all other obnoxious pests and the roaches are all already dying so quickly it's crazy. I have found them dying in so many places and the ants are no longer forcing their way into my house or taking residence all over my entry to my house. It is like magic.
