I was glad I had friends familiar enough with the space that they took us to an elevated area in the back that felt like a VIP lounge but was open to anyone meandering the space. This back area might not be ideal for those who like to stay close to the DJ, but for the rest of us olds who like it in the quieter area and like to sit from time to time, this spot was absolutely perfect. I went on a sweltering night, and though the ACs were on they weren't powerful enough to combat the heat emanating off all the hot and sweaty bodies around the club. You don't really go to a club like this to be comfortable though. The DJ was ok the night I went, but I was thankful to be with a great crew and for that back area so that I could sit from time to time. As soon as I walked in, I waved at the male employee inside door and he automatically said "I don't like your energy, hold on. I might not even let you in because of that" Then proceeded to patronize me, scream at me and wave his hands in my face, telling me to get the fuck out of here for even asking. I was speaking at a normal volume and he chose to make a scene, yelling and closely following my friends and I out - taunting us, trying to loudly embarrass and shame us for even asking for a discount - though we were already leaving... I asked a simple question and it could have easily just been a "no". Instead, I was mocked by a belligerent, condescending man that made me feel extremely unsafe. The other staff members also witnessed his deranged tirade and did nothing to mediate, and if anything, enabled him. I have been a patron of this venue before but never again. I have never experienced such disrespect and lack of professionalism from a front door person before. The place is not "good" enough to treat people this way. I started recording because I was so shocked by this nasty behavior and thought it should be documented. Do not come here..

This particular model is well known for having electrical issues and on more than one occasion I have been stranded mid-ride due to theses issues causing a dead battery. I reached out to Mark and he responded promptly and helped me come to grips with the situation and the options available. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and accommodated me bringing in the motorcycle ASAP. Mark even went out of his way to provide me with some options for towing my bike in. My motorcycle was ready to pick up way sooner than I anticipated and throughout the whole process Mark kept me in the loop. He was friendly and down to earth. Mark successfully resurrected the motorcycle I didn't get to ride for two years and finally fixed the issue my family's mechanic couldn't. The machine purrs now.
