I had a few blazers that needed dry cleaning and I was a bit hesitant to send them out since they're new. I took them to Tide Cleaners since it was the closest dry cleaning establishment and wasn't disappointed. Their drive up lane is convenient and they greeted me as soon as I pulled up. The drop off was quick and they gave me a claim slip but I didn't have to use it. I dropped my things off on a Saturday afternoon and the dry cleaning was ready by Tuesday afternoon, which did seem a bit slow to me. When I picked the clothes up, they looked great - clean and wrinkle free. The cost was $12 per blazer which seemed a bit on the expensive side, but I'm just glad to have my clothes clean and safe. This review has been edited - It should be noted that that while the staff that was working during the time we went to pick up my items was not at fault for what occurred, they also didn't seem to have a mechanism in place to let me know as a customer that they were going to resolve this issue in a way that kept me from having to consider searching for a buying a replacement shirt for my interview suit. I was left with no options, no timeline, no idea what was going to be done and realistically no idea if I needed to go shopping and purchase a new shirt for an interview that I have scheduled for this week. Being that it was Sunday afternoon, you can imagine how this unexpected timeline change could impact someone. I realize my world and events are not the responsibly of the operators and owners of this store. But one expects there would be no issues when it comes to a specialty laundry service that would cause disruption to my world and events. Original review - "Nothing better than dropping off a suit and shirt in preparation for an interview only to have your Tide Cleaners of Maple Grove lose the shirt. 3 items checked in - apparently after the items were dropped off the shirt was "voided". Come in today and hand in my check for "3 items" to simply be handed 2 items. Nothing like being left to jump through extra hoops for my interview. Can't thank Tide Cleaners of Maple Grove for that." The above review was posted shortly after leaving the store and was based on info gathered from the two staff members that were there. Part of my anger and frustration revolved around the idea that I handed in a ticket that clearly stated 3 items only to have it scanned and have two items handed to me without missing a beat. After explaining to the staff that an item was missing it was clear through conversation that someone had simply removed any related tracking and connection to my item shortly after it had been dropped off. I was then told someone would be in touch with me. It was relayed that I had this suit brought in because I had an interview lined up and relayed that time was a factor in this dynamic. The owner of the store responded to an email that I sent him shortly after I had left the store. He apologized and assured us that they were looking into the issue. A few hours later the general manager of a few Tide stores emailed me and explained that she had taken some time going through camera footage and thought she may have located my shirt and would like an opportunity to make this situation right. My wife texted her and arranged to have my shirt dropped off first thing in the morning. The general manager explained that the issue was replated to a training issue and thanked us for the opportunity to make the issue right. My shirt made it home and is just as was expected. I have changed my review to emphasize the fact that the issue was resolved and both the owner and general manager did what was within their power from where they were on a Sunday evening. As a customer my initial moment of panic relates to the fact that I'm in a professional business that normally has me wearing uniforms so I don't normally need civilian attire for duty, events and day to day business. In this instance though, I had an interview that this suit was needed for. I am a taller guy with a big frame, so that "one shirt" with my suit that fits me perfect is "lost" its an instant issue. Its not a simple as just going out and getting a new one. The owner followed up with my wife this morning to verify everything was okay. Thank you Tide Cleaners for resolving the issue. read more

I received a 50% off coupon for first time guest so I came here. I've only been here once so far for a suit. Before the coupon I believe it was $20 so a little more expensive than some other dry cleaners. The suit came out great though. I also liked the notification system. Todd was also very nice and helpful for any questions that I had. I do like the drive up feature, however, I wanted to go inside to ask questions and it took me too long to figure out how to park in the front of the building. I eventually just parked in the back and walked around. I also just learned that Tide is not an animal cruelty free company, so that is swaying my decision to go back along with the cost compared to their competitors in the area. read more

I came here once because I had a 50% off coupon. I was happy with the results of my clothes, duvet cover, and shams. They are organized, clean well, workers are always helpful and friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars is for how expensive it is. Even with a 50% off coupon it's ridiculous how expensive dry cleaning or even just cleaning is. read more

Not only do they charge high prices, they did not take care of one of my garments. Recently I gave them a $140 work jacket - they returned it and every single button was out and put back on w safety pins. So they clearly knew and did not fix it. I brought it back to the store, and had to stop by almost every few days for over 10 days and no one would give me an update. I finally got it back today after TWO WEEKS - not only were the issues NOT fixed, but they charged me AGAIN for dry cleaning a jacket that I did not ask them to, but to fix the issues!!! I typically bring in over 20 shirts every two weeks for dry cleaning - this has by far been the most disappointing experience. They did respond with a refund and asked me to remove this review - so I hv amended my review, but still felt others should hv the ability to read abt my experience and judge for themselves. read more

In town in business and once I got to m hotel realized I couldn't iron these wrinkles out so I went to Tide. The customer service was outstanding and the clothes came out fantastic. I have a couple more weeks in MN and just brought the rest of my business clothes over. And just to let you know all three times I have been here I have seen different staff and all are welcoming so these guys are the real deal. read more

This is the worst dry cleaner in Maple Grove. They are very condescending to the customers. Their prices are very high and you can not even get your clothes back. I came in two minutes past five and the girls were so eager to leave they did not give my clothes. This is very bad customer service. I will never go there again. read more

I first discovered Tide Dry Cleaning sometimes last year in 2019 while driving by the new development area in Maple Grove. When I saw the name "Tide Cleaners" I thought it would be a great place to dry clean. since in-fact it's TIDE and so, I brought in my first set of clothes, and the result was amazing, my shirts collars and cuffs were super cleaned, and since than I have never gone any where else. Friendly staff, great coupons deals. James more especially has been very helpful every time I stop by. Keep on the good job guys. read more

Every time I come here, I've had great customer service--whether at valet or walk-in. The cleaning jobs are excellent, they even took the initiative to match and replace buttons on an older blazer. That hasn't happened at most dry cleaners I've been to, so it struck me as a scrupulous attention to detail. I usually see Nick there and in addition to remembering how I like my suits done, he is friendly, funny, and has taken the time to remember my name and our last interaction, engaging in just enough banter to make doing business at Tide feel like more than a faceless transaction while still being sensitive to time. Tide Dry Cleaners is the best in Maple Grove! Quick turn around. No pressed in wrinkles on my clothes like at other places. Great service. The drive-thru lane (it's not a little window) is fast and convenient - the manager came out and put my clothes in my car! Love it! read more
