The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? Flash forward to almost a year later, and I decided to get my living room rug cleaned as it's been forever since this rug has had proper love. I was informed the rug turnaround time can take 2-4 weeks which I was okay with since Mulberry's sends it out of house. The in house drop off process was easy for this item and I have it flagged on my calendar when it will be ready for pickup. There was a small waiver I had to sign similar to our wedding garments which seems to be standard. The form(s) are quick and most likely required for liability reasons. Overall, I enjoy hours of the Mulberrys shop and the consistency that comes with the great customer service and honesty. I never feel like there are hidden fees or different prices. The website is a helpful guide for those who may need extra guidance before stopping in. The interior of the Grand location is simple, clean and well maintained. When items are done, a call is placed making it convenient to pickup. Additionally, there is an after hours drop box on the exterior of the building. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.
