I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? Overall, washing clothes here is a decent experience. My ONE beef is that the other patrons of this laundromat are sometimes not the most fun to be around. How stupid do you have to be to think a hamper looks like a trash can? And/or why are you such a dick? I really didn't enjoy cleaning the salad dressing out of my hamper, or the cigar wrapper that was stuck in said dressing to the bottom of the hamper. RAAGEE. But yeah, Dinsmore is a cool place to wash clothes. Just make sure your hampers are under your personal protection constantly.

He said he would be making an adjustment on the cost of the items I was dropping off that day. Two days later when I went to pick up my new order there was no credit applied to the order. I asked if there was a credit in my profile and the clerk said there was not. That total was $26. I left a message for Hubert to call me. When he called he tried to explain that the credit had been applied. The cost of this last order for a suit jacket and a pair of pants was: Jacket $15.48, pants $11.99. Total with coupon and tax is $25.76. My expectation was for a $13 adjustment which is the amount of the over charge from the previous order. I requested a callback from the owner/ operator of this Mulberry location in Roseville,MN. Still waiting.
