I then decided to start sending my sheets in because it's difficult for me to wash and fold king sheets by myself. I like getting my sheets back folded and wrapped in plastic to put in my linen closet until I need them. I did ding a star because they washed a quilted bedspread and it shrunk quite a bit, to a queen-sized spread. I just put it on a different bed.

Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...?
