I went to this location after looking at reviews for other locations. I agree with the others. Service was quick and friendly. I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

Picked it up a week later, and it looked good. The first day I wore the pants, I realized that someone had ripped the hem out of the left pant leg. When examining it, I determined that the hem had to have been ripped out because there wasn't any stray thread. I had also never had a problem with the hem. My only conclusion was that someone at the tailor ripped out the hem and then realized that I only needed work done in the zipper. I took the pants back to see if they would fix the hem. The owner instantly became defensive. She flat out refused to do anything in spite of the fact that it only could have happened at her store. When I stood my ground, she raised her voice and acted like I was personally attacking her honesty. Find a tailor who understands customer service.

I am short so I need pants, skirts altered all the time and they are quick and do awesome work. When people ask for recommendations I always recommend Sew & Press first. Never had an issue with customer service (even when I was a crazy bride) and everything has been completed ahead of scheduled pick up.

I was doing my laundry and watching the TV and she kept turning off the TV when I stepped away for a minute or two. The first time, I did not think much of it, even though I was only a few feet away in front of the nearby laundry machines when she turned it off, then the 2nd time when I used the restroom, she turned it off again as I was walking toward the same spot. Instead of asking me if i was done she turned it off in front of me as if to send a message that she does not want me to watch the CUSTOMER TV. I won't return, in fact I may open my own commercial laundromat.

I will NEVER be back here EVER!! I will find a stream with a suitable rock upon which I will scrub…read moremy dirties, wring them out until my hands are thoroughly blistered, and hang them in trees to dry and it will still be better than going here! Close to half the washers and a third of the dryers were out of order. One entire bank of washers was gone, with just a dusty, filthy, chipped-paint platform where they once stood. There was water on the floor that no one cleaned up (so I did!), and the floors were so filthy I would bet they haven't been mopped for a year or more. The washing machines SMELL SO INCREDIBLY BAD - LIKE ROTTEN FOOD, GARBAGE, SEWER, MOLD AND DEATH all rolled into one. The machines that do take a card have to be swiped at least twice before you can continue. The dryers are a joke!! "Hot" is barely warm and it will take about an hour to dry a normal sized load, even if you use the ginormous dryers. It took me three hours to wash and dry 5 loads, at a total cost of close to $58 dollars!! And while I was falling deeper into a depression and crying over my poor decision to try this laundromat, I could only find two small elementary-school desks with a small chair, or the folding tables with 5 pitiful chairs held together with duct tape upon which to set my sorry a$$. And that "clean" bathroom they boast about? It must be a port-a-potty in the back lot because it sure isn't the one right by the dryers! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! THIS PLACE IS A DIRTY, STINKY, RIP-YOU-OFF, DUMP!!
