In fact the money was taken and the machine had an "error".. what a bummer... not to mention I had to pay an extra 7$ for the washer to release the door so I could get my clothes out of the washer. That was trouble for me, I'm a college student and live in the city so I imagined that this was gonna take a huge toll on my schedule. What bothers me the most is that I had to pay another 7$ to wash them again. Because the first two times the machine didn't work!.. but they sure got my 22$ real fast. My biggest concern though is that I tried calling the company 20 times while my clothes were stuck to have literally no answer at all. So now I'm out 22$ a huge amount of time, and I had to pay to dry them too! I'm not a happy customer at all. Not only will I never come back or recommend this place to anyone, I will be calling all week until i can talk to someone professional. I would except a full refund. The one thing I can't get back is my time. However, something has to change. When I did call there were no options to leave a voicemail: the voicemail box was completely full. This shows me that these guys have had similar calls and refuse to note them or address them, or even answer the calls. I'm concerned for the integrity of this business.
