If a company does not know how to clean UGGS, they should not advertise that they know how.

I brought in a custom performance outfit that includes detailed beadwork, structured fabrics, and multiple components something that can be challenging to alter if you're not familiar with how these garments are constructed. I explained what I needed adjusted for my daughter's outfit. When the owner suggested folding and sewing over the shoulder area due to the lack of a seam, I felt hesitant but continued to listen as she pinned adjustments using safety pins. After thinking it through, I decided to hold off and possibly return on a later day. When I communicated that, the owner responded, "why did you waste my time?" I was caught off guard, as that was never my intention. I apologized, but her demeanor quickly changed and became unprofessional. I understand that time is valuable, but as a customer especially when dealing with a delicate, custom piece I believe it's reasonable to ask questions or change my mind. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable leaving my daughter's outfit there or moving forward with the service. Even as I helped remove the pins and apologized again, my outfit was dropped onto the floor on top of my bag, and I was once again told I had wasted her time before she walked away. Additionally, I was only given an estimate, with the final price to be determined later, which added to my hesitation. I truly wanted to find a place closer to home, but this experience made that difficult. I hope this feedback encourages a more understanding and professional approach with future customers.

But I thought a seamstress who had the nerve to charge such a high price must have the ability and confidence to do a great job. Turns out that was incorrect, despite her assurance that she would. The sleeves pucker. They're uneven. Sloppy. Very ugly. The employee was blase, as if this happens all the time. She told me to leave the coat so it could be fixed. But no, any seamstress who thought this mess was OK to begin with cannot be trusted to "fix" the damage she already did to this never before worn coat. Beware this business. No wonder they want payment in advance.

I left a bed spread and mattress pad for repair on 11/26/25, and went to pick it up yesterday…read more(2/27/26 - yes, I had forgotten that I dropped it off for repair). The bed spread belonged to my parents, so is old, but in truly great shape aside from a hole (approximately 2" x 3") that had developed. The mattress pad is much newer, and simply needed mending along one seam at the corner. The woman who was there could not locate my items and motioned to me to step to the back of the shop to see if I could. I found both items on the floor in a pile of dirt, not yet repaired. In all of the time they had been there, nothing had been done with either item, nor had anyone from the business bothered to call me to discuss. And even worse, my bedding items were left on the floor, in dirt. It is needless to say, but I will never use this business again, and would strongly recommend against it.

The Mulberry tag on one shirt stated it was a jacket but the other shirt was taged a shirt which is correct. Per Hubert the mgr., the cost of a jacket is $19 - and the shirt is $6. A $13 difference. He said he would be making an adjustment on the cost of the items I was dropping off that day. Two days later when I went to pick up my new order there was no credit applied to the order. I asked if there was a credit in my profile and the clerk said there was not. That total was $26. I left a message for Hubert to call me. When he called he tried to explain that the credit had been applied. The cost of this last order for a suit jacket and a pair of pants was: Jacket $15.48, pants $11.99. Total with coupon and tax is $25.76. My expectation was for a $13 adjustment which is the amount of the over charge from the previous order. I requested a callback from the owner/ operator of this Mulberry location in Roseville,MN. Still waiting.
