Most recently I had them re-clean a sweater that had food stains that seemed untouched by the first cleaning. In place of the yellow food stains, the sweater came back with hard grey stains, and *additional* grey stains. I will no longer be using these cleaners.

The Mulberry tag on one shirt stated it was a jacket but the other shirt was taged a shirt which is correct. Per Hubert the mgr., the cost of a jacket is $19 - and the shirt is $6. A $13 difference. He said he would be making an adjustment on the cost of the items I was dropping off that day. Two days later when I went to pick up my new order there was no credit applied to the order. I asked if there was a credit in my profile and the clerk said there was not. That total was $26. I left a message for Hubert to call me. When he called he tried to explain that the credit had been applied. The cost of this last order for a suit jacket and a pair of pants was: Jacket $15.48, pants $11.99. Total with coupon and tax is $25.76. My expectation was for a $13 adjustment which is the amount of the over charge from the previous order. I requested a callback from the owner/ operator of this Mulberry location in Roseville,MN. Still waiting.

I very clearly indicated this to the woman at the register and she made a note of it. When I returned to pick the dresses up, they had lost one of the layers of my dress. After waiting in the very warm/not air-conditioned facility while the woman at the register spoke to a manager on the phone, I was told that I could not take either of the dresses that I had brought in that were ready (one still missing a piece) so that they could investigate. I was told the manager would call me the following day. I got no follow up call whatsoever and called myself 4 days later. At that time, no one picked up but someone called back later and left a message that they had found the missing item. I had to go back to get the dresses several days after I should have had them, couldn't get a discount, and on calling the manager again, was offered $5 off my NEXT order with them. I was extremely disappointed not only in the temporary loss of my item but in the lack of follow-up or any effort to reach out to me to make up for the inconvenience experienced. Up to you if you want to risk it but I will be looking elsewhere.

Flash forward to almost a year later, and I decided to get my living room rug cleaned as it's been forever since this rug has had proper love. I was informed the rug turnaround time can take 2-4 weeks which I was okay with since Mulberry's sends it out of house. The in house drop off process was easy for this item and I have it flagged on my calendar when it will be ready for pickup. There was a small waiver I had to sign similar to our wedding garments which seems to be standard. The form(s) are quick and most likely required for liability reasons. Overall, I enjoy hours of the Mulberrys shop and the consistency that comes with the great customer service and honesty. I never feel like there are hidden fees or different prices. The website is a helpful guide for those who may need extra guidance before stopping in. The interior of the Grand location is simple, clean and well maintained. When items are done, a call is placed making it convenient to pickup. Additionally, there is an after hours drop box on the exterior of the building. While I have yet to use this feature, I enjoy that it exists. Thank you, Mulberry's on Grand. Bravo!
