BAD! :( I haven't been here in a while and it has taken a…read morenose dive. Most of the washers are broken. The two I could use, same size... one didn't give me the extra rinse I paid for and fished 13 minutes sooner than the other one that did do the extra rinse. One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? This place used to be REALLY good... but not currently :(

I went to this location after looking at reviews for other locations. I agree with the others. Service was quick and friendly. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

Apparently, in. this metro area, the down pillows are sent to another vendor who opens the pillow, throws out the case (always no matter condition) washes the down and returns product within a new case. I think they are cheapest dry cleaners in the twin cities and have been going when they first started a $2 a garment.
