I even called the day of at 3 PM to confirm, and they assured me the items would be ready on time. However, when I arrived at 5:15, Cindy was still working on them, and I didn't leave until 5:25. On top of the delay, she was impolite and did not acknowledged the inconvenience or thanked me for my business. Given the lack of professionalism, I won't be returning.

I left a bed spread and mattress pad for repair on 11/26/25, and went to pick it up yesterday…read more(2/27/26 - yes, I had forgotten that I dropped it off for repair). The bed spread belonged to my parents, so is old, but in truly great shape aside from a hole (approximately 2" x 3") that had developed. The mattress pad is much newer, and simply needed mending along one seam at the corner. The woman who was there could not locate my items and motioned to me to step to the back of the shop to see if I could. I found both items on the floor in a pile of dirt, not yet repaired. In all of the time they had been there, nothing had been done with either item, nor had anyone from the business bothered to call me to discuss. And even worse, my bedding items were left on the floor, in dirt. It is needless to say, but I will never use this business again, and would strongly recommend against it.

When I picked up my items she charged me a lot more than quoted and told me it was my fault for leaving even though she told me she could not write it up. She was extremely rude, no customer service whatsoever. She completely lied and I waited a month for my items to be completed and I decided to pick them up when she had no end date. I have never dealt with such a terrible business and I will never go back. Be careful as she is not honest.

Because of the way the buttons on the zipper were, I was told by multiple tailors that they could do nothing about it. Not here! I called and he immediately told me he could fix it and to come in. Once there, he took a look at it, said he can still fix it and gave me options about what kinds of zippers he can do. He told me about the double zipper that can zip up from the bottom so when you sit down, it doesn't put strain on the zipper and inevitably split again. It has changed the game on this jacket! Overall, great customer service, timely alterations and everything was delivered as promised. Would recommend for any tailoring needs!
