I dropped off on a Thursday or Friday and was able to pick up on Monday (9/2025). Trousers appear to be clean and pressed just fine. I was emailed and texted when they were ready. The location was in a strip mall and was easy to find with ample parking. There was handicap parking right out front. The cost for one pair of trousers was $13.66.

I took them to Tide Cleaners since it was the closest dry cleaning establishment and wasn't disappointed. Their drive up lane is convenient and they greeted me as soon as I pulled up. The drop off was quick and they gave me a claim slip but I didn't have to use it. I dropped my things off on a Saturday afternoon and the dry cleaning was ready by Tuesday afternoon, which did seem a bit slow to me. When I picked the clothes up, they looked great - clean and wrinkle free. The cost was $12 per blazer which seemed a bit on the expensive side, but I'm just glad to have my clothes clean and safe. I will be using them in the future!

But the dress was supposed to be ready at 10am and I didn't get notification until well in the afternoon. What was a deal breaker was that - even after they'd counted the pleats to charge me extra - they'd not been pressed and I did not have time to wait as I was going out of town for a wedding. What I didn't like is that they seemed to kind of brush the whole topic off as if it wasn't a big deal. I had to ask about getting money off of the bill because of it and here it turned out that they actually did charge me for the plates but didn't even offer to take that money off. When I got the dress, it was on just a regular metal hanger that they taped the dress to and it very quickly fall off of the hanger in the car the floor as I was driving. And, again, this was a formal floor length dress and they brought it out without a dry cleaner bag on it and seemed surprised when I asked if they had something to put over it like that was an usual request. I'm not certain if your rates are within the average range of most dry cleaners but that was a lot of money to pay to not get what I asked for and to have it done kind of half arsed.

One dryer gave me 5 minutes and the other gave me 8 minutes. When I brought it to the attention of the attendant, was told, that's just what they do. Additionally, all three dryers had different temperatures so I had to wait for the hottest one for three different loads. The place is no longer clean. The floor and machines are actually dirty, not dusty, but grime and who knows what else on the floors and the machines. Does anyone know if it's under new management...? No appointment needed, I just walked in and explained what I needed done and tried on the dress. I appreciated that the seamstress warned me that the front was going to get tighter in my chest and lay a little closer together, luckily this was the goal for me. I had asked to get it back a week later and she did it even faster! For only $15, a quick and easy pickup and nice service, I totally recommend this place. This is now my favorite dress thanks to these alterations!
