I have a monthly membership and have been coming for some time now. The staff is not very nice here but there's not much interaction which is ok. My problem is the number of vacuums that DO NOT work. They also do not routinely restock the cloths and refill the spray containers to clean your vehicle. To me, this is a necessity as I could easily switch to another car wash that does provide those things. Please improve the experience for your customers by making sure the vacuums are working properly and the supplies are maintained and restocked more frequently. read more

If you try to cancel your membership, you'll most likely have to dispute it with your bank, unfortunately. I left messages, emailed, everything under the sun to get them to contact me to cancel it so thanks to my bank, I got it resolved. Needed a place to get a carwash and this place does the job. I love this place. I really like the way they clean your wheels, it does a very good job compared to others. The reason for this 4 star is the pricing. There are cheaper deals out there. Vacuums are not that strong and some car washes have a carpet/mat vacuum that would clean your mats for you. There is always a good supply of clean towels for you to use but not enough cleaner bottles to go around. However, the staff here are wonderful and I guess the lack in strength would have to be replaced with a little more elbow grease and effort on your end to finish the job on your car. It is very hard to get out of the carwash if you are planning on going on the other side of the road. I recommend just doing a U-turn to save the stress. I see potential in this place to became a To-Go for myself and the surrounding community. They are busy and business seems to be booming. If they could invest in more cleaner bottles, new devices/cleaning tools for us to use (we all love free things) like the mat cleaner, then I can see huge success for this place. read more

Came here because my normal car wash was down for maintenance. I remember the first time I came the experience was really great. This time, I noticed this one is more pricey at $10 for basic. I took my 2018 Toyota Rav4 through the wash on July 27th and one of the brushes grabbed my rear bumper at the left rear wheel and partially pulled my bumper off. I informed a team member who took pictures and my info. They called 2 days later to say something must have been defective with my car and they weren't responsible for any damages. The newest owner is a real jerk. The unlimited car wash sticker has never worked since I purchased it in March. The first time it didn't work, the attendant said "It's my fault. I forgot to put your number in the system when I sold it to you last month" Unfortunately this did not fix the problem. I asked for a different sticker and they refused. They refused to place a different sticker until today. The owner said "Mercedes has trouble with their windshield blocking the reader. As far as I'm concerned, I've got 4000 customers and it's not going to hurt me one bit if I loose a few like you". I have 2 cars and signed up my second car for unlimited washes to save $5 a month but they changed me full price for both cars. I have been a loyal customer for more than a decade. They recently opened up and their customer service was amazing for a car wash. It was great to see everyone smiling and putting effort into the pre wash. They have great deals for people who wash their car more than once a month with their monthly unlimited plans starting with the basic $10 wash for $20 a month. This is possibly the car wash with the worst value for the money. First off, there were two attendants to prep the car, and only one of them sprayed the wheels on one side of the car. I purchased the $15 wash package. I have to admit that the top half of the car got cleaned, but the bottom and wheels were less than desired (please see attached photo). They have a members deal going on right now, because they are new! But I only got a single car wash for $10. We went here yesterday evening. We thought we would us a free coupon we got from the paper. Everyone who worked there was extremely pleasant and very nicely dressed. The first young man we talked to, really was there to sell us a plan for monthly purchases. We thought we would consider it and then went through the wash. The guys do a Great job of pre-washing. We have a Ford F-150, so we already knew that sometimes the wash does not always get the back fully clean. THe car wash is a car wash. I think the main reason why I have to give this just a 2 star review is that the last brush only did the top to try. No sides and we had so much soap in the back of the truck. MUCH more than normal. So just remember sides of vehicle may not be fully dry if you have a larger vehicle/truck. Will we be back? Probably not. read more

I generally hand-wash my vehicle, but sometimes I have to "beat the heat" and take the easy way out! This place is one of the better options in Augusta. Customer service is on point, very friendly individuals. Wish the prices were a bit cheaper but they are comparable to other local car cleaning businesses. The actual car wash is intense with the flashing lights and colors, but car is always very clean following wash. I enjoy the vacuum area and appreciate the free towel and spray that they provide. There vacuum suction is strong. I know plenty of people who pay $20(+) for their unlimited wash service and are very pleased.
