I have a monthly membership and have been coming for some time now…read more The staff is not very nice here but there's not much interaction which is ok. My problem is the number of vacuums that DO NOT work. They also do not routinely restock the cloths and refill the spray containers to clean your vehicle. To me, this is a necessity as I could easily switch to another car wash that does provide those things. Please improve the experience for your customers by making sure the vacuums are working properly and the supplies are maintained and restocked more frequently.

We have found the price is very reasonable and final product better than other Car washes in our area. EXAMPLE: Yesterday on 09-23-26 the young staff lady working the front area and the vehicle line up area also. Was very busy, but still very politely dealt with a problem a customer had. From what we saw that customer expressed a clear satisfaction from the exchange. The Mgr. frequently has taken the time to meet and greet customers to check on their satisfaction and also resolve equipment issues himself quickly.

I was super impressed bc after you go thru the car wash, you can pull into a stall to vacuum your car. But they had clean clothes, cleaning spray at the stalls. And also, if you needed air for your tires, it was free and at each stall next to the vacuum. Totally new experience for me. Staff was friendly, but you know there little to know real engagement at these places. But they were courteous. I'd def encourage those in the Augusta area to check it out if you haven't. I would give 0 stars if I could…read more I went to Lulu's Car Wash off Bobby Jones in Augusta about a month ago. The attendant tried to upsell me to one of the more expensive washes and told me that if I purchased it that day, I would get unlimited car washes for the next 30 days. At no point did he explain that this was a recurring membership. I even specifically asked if it was a membership, and he told me it was not. A month later, I was charged for a membership I never knowingly signed up for. I went back to the location to ask about the charge. I didn't even want a car wash--I simply wanted to speak with someone. Instead of coming over to talk to me, the employee waved me through the gate and sent me through the wash even though I repeatedly said I didn't want one. Then, when I asked for a refund because I had been misled, I was handed a corporate phone number. Customer service at corporate was just as disappointing. I explained that I was told this was not a membership, but the representative refused to issue a refund because their system showed that I had "used" the membership that month. The only reason it showed as used was because the employee at the location sent me through the wash when I was there only to discuss the unauthorized charge. I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone with more authority, and I was told there was no point because everyone would tell me the same thing. I wasn't even given the opportunity to escalate my concern. This entire experience felt incredibly misleading. I was told it wasn't a membership, charged anyway, and then denied a refund based on a car wash I never intended to use. Between the deceptive sales tactics, poor communication, and terrible customer service, I will never return and would not recommend this location to anyone.

We pull up and nobody comes to greet us (one of the workers who wasn't doing anything just stared at us while pressure washing the soap off the ground) then we get out the car and walk up to their little waiting area. We're finally stopped by who seems like the owner or big boss. We tell him what we need and he charges us $75 ($95 with tip) for interior and exterior on the passenger side only and delegated the work to the same worker who wasn't doing anything. We wait in the waiting room while he's cleaning the exterior first. We decide we wanted to walk to a little farmers market and the coffee shop nearby while we wait. We were gone for about an hour. We come back the car is ready. The first thing we notice is the tires are shiny and the car looks like it was well taken care of. We get it in the vehicle and the smell is still there along with chunks of vomit (mind yall we cleaned almost everything before coming, it's not like we showed up and there was legit vomit everywhere). All we wanted was a thorough cleaning that includes enzyme and odor remover. We did not receive the service as promised. If time wasn't a factor we would've asked for a refund but it just wasn't in the cards for us. Unfortunately we didn't look at the reviews prior before saying yes to this company. The bad ones are true! The worst part was the big boss was still cleaning the same car that arrived before us so we knew it was a low quality issue from his worker. Maybe if he did it himself, the car would've actually been clean but who knows! But I can't recommend this company.
