My problem is the number of vacuums that DO NOT work. They also do not routinely restock the cloths and refill the spray containers to clean your vehicle. To me, this is a necessity as I could easily switch to another car wash that does provide those things. Please improve the experience for your customers by making sure the vacuums are working properly and the supplies are maintained and restocked more frequently.

Thankfully, the nice female employee refunded me without any issues after inspecting the vehicle and verifying that the wash was defective. I was upset because the owner knew or should know that equipment is not working properly. As a customer, I expect to get what I pay for. Either update the equipment or close the car wash but don't deceive customers into believing they will receive a full auto wash when they won't. Nobody has money to just throw away, times are very challenging. If customers are still able to patronize your business give us exactly what we are paying for. I had to drive across town to another car wash, a major inconvenience.
