Andrew did an awesome job detailing our vehicle. But the reason I am writing this review is because Andrew truly went above and beyond to provide excellent service to our family. We are a military family and have shipped vehicles overseas several times in the past 28 years, so we are familiar with the level of "clean" required by customs when a vehicle enters a foreign country. The only way to describe it is "showroom" clean. I had originally contracted another auto detailing service to do the job, but when they did not show up at the scheduled time, the day before the vehicle was due at the port, I thought we would not be able to get the vehicle shipped! I googled auto detailers in the Augusta, GA area, and Graham's Vehicle Detailing came up and had a really good rating. I called Andrew and explained the situation. I must have sounded like I was about to burst into tears because I knew I would not be able to do it myself! He was so kind, and so genuinely interested in helping our family, that I knew it was actually a blessing in disguise that the original plan had not worked out. Andrew came to our home late that afternoon, already having put in a full day of work. He was cheerful and professional, and genuinely concerned that the job be done correctly! He and his helper Austin worked so hard, and made that 14 year old suburban look like it just rolled off the assembly line! I can not stress enough the level of care and attention to detail with which Andrew approached this task. 14 years, 7 children, and 180,000 miles later and that vehicle was once again spotless! After 3 cross-country trips and 5 months of driving around dusty Georgia (and all the dead bugs who somehow attached themselves to my car along the way), I called Graham's yesterday. I'm in Georgia temporarily, providing end-of-life care for my Dad, so I don't like to stray too far from him - calling a mobile detailing service seemed like a great idea. And it was!!! After a nice, chatty conversation with his sweetheart of an office manager yesterday, she arranged an appointment for this morning. Andrew and his colleague drove all the way from North Augusta to Thomson, spent hours treating my baby to a well-deserved spa day, and when they left, my Nissan Rogue looked better than it did when it came off the showroom floor! They were incredibly nice, fair, honest, and did exquisite work. In the 40+ years I've been driving, I don't think I've ever had a car detailed with this much care. I would recommend them unconditionally, and will be using their services as long as I'm in Georgia. As you can imagine, with a parent in hospice care, things aren't very cheerful in my world these days, so seeing my baby looking so pretty brought a much-needed smile to my face. Extremely pleased! Son spilled a cherry slushy in the back of our car - my husband tried to get the stain out himself with off the shelf products and it didn't work - here's a key piece - this was over a year ago and we assumed we'd have to live with the damage. The seat is light, gray fabric and every time I'd wash the car seeing the stain would drive me crazy...yesterday (a Sunday) was no different - on a whim I messaged Graham's explaining the situation and expected to hear back the next day. I received a reply almost instantly and two of his team came out the next morning. The gentlemen called to let me know they were on their way and were here roughly 10 minutes after the call. I was prepared to hear the stain could not be removed but, within 20 minutes, I was called out to have a look and the stain was gone! I can't believe I waited a year to call professionals - it cost me less than a custom car wash too. Highly recommend this service provider. I needed a good cleaning on my car because it had not been detailed since I bought it. I searched around and found great reviews for Graham's and decided to give them a call. I called and left a message and he got back with me as promptly as possible. They were very easy with helping me to schedule an appt by giving me several options to work with my schedule. Their prices are reasonable and the work done on my car was worth it! It was more than I could have asked for after they did a full service wash on it. The guy, Corey, that worked on my car that day said that if I scheduled another appt they could get the scratches and dings out of the car that I have gotten over the last few years. (They were a little bit more than just simple scratches). This was awesome because I need them to be fixed and doubted they could do anything about them. I decided to try Graham's based on the reviews in Yelp and have to say they lived up to the reviews. I had two vehicles done (08 sedan and 15 SUV) Friday morning. Andrew sent a crew of 3 men who did a through job and didn't stop until I was happy. Both vehicles were washed, waxed and had the interiors detailed. After several years of dirty dog abuse the interior of the 08 looked as good as new when they were done. You can't beat the convenience of having the detailers come to you - I was able to get 3 hours of yard work behind me while Graham's guys did the cars. I want to add that Andrew, James, and Will were extremely courteous and professional. And more telling, my dog approved of them! read more

This is a great company. This past Saturday, my car was in need of an over all detailing but mostly an engine bay cleaning do to an improperly installed oil filter. So, I called their number got a price. I was told they were booked for the day but he would try. I gave him (Andy) my info just in case. Around 5:30 he texted me and said they were on their way. Andy and the other employee worked until dark to finish my car. The car looked great and the engine was clean of oil. I am very thankful that they did what they did for us.
