We pull up and nobody comes to greet us (one of the workers who wasn't doing anything just stared at us while pressure washing the soap off the ground) then we get out the car and walk up to their little waiting area. We're finally stopped by who seems like the owner or big boss. We tell him what we need and he charges us $75 ($95 with tip) for interior and exterior on the passenger side only and delegated the work to the same worker who wasn't doing anything. We wait in the waiting room while he's cleaning the exterior first. We decide we wanted to walk to a little farmers market and the coffee shop nearby while we wait. We were gone for about an hour. We come back the car is ready. The first thing we notice is the tires are shiny and the car looks like it was well taken care of. We get it in the vehicle and the smell is still there along with chunks of vomit (mind yall we cleaned almost everything before coming, it's not like we showed up and there was legit vomit everywhere). All we wanted was a thorough cleaning that includes enzyme and odor remover. We did not receive the service as promised. If time wasn't a factor we would've asked for a refund but it just wasn't in the cards for us. Unfortunately we didn't look at the reviews prior before saying yes to this company. The bad ones are true! The worst part was the big boss was still cleaning the same car that arrived before us so we knew it was a low quality issue from his worker. Maybe if he did it himself, the car would've actually been clean but who knows! But I can't recommend this company.

Beware: do not go to the address listed on Google on Belair Frontage Road. Southern Detail is located on Damascus Road. It's very convenient if you work on Fort Gordon and exit through Gate 1.
