We had questions about film versus ceramic tint, the owner Noel used a heat lamp to show us the difference (definitely go with ceramic for the best heat protection!). When applying the tint, Noel noticed an issue with the back window defrost and rather than ignoring it, he brought it to our attention. He allowed us to get the back window replaced through the dealership and did not want us paying for the tint until the work was 100% done. Had the dealership not agreed to pay for the replacement (it was recently purchased), Noel offered to cover the cost solely to keep the customer happy. It's very rare to meet a business owner that dedicated to customer satisfaction. Thoroughly communicative, expert quality, lifetime warranty, we will be recommending them for all our friends!

I had my Subaru windows tinted because I was cooking in my car and enough was enough. I called, got a very fair quote and got a relatively quick appointment time. They had my car back to me in less than 2 hours (I only had the front two windows wrapped) and even though Brittany told me not to roll the windows down for 48-72 hours, my dumb ass tried to roll it down the next day at coffee drive-thru. Thankfully, they have a big green tape across the controls that clearly warn you to steer clear of it. I would have ruined that nice new tint job if it weren't for that. It's been two weeks now since the windows were treated and it looks fantastic! Every car I've possessed gets tinted front and back and these guys are right up there with the best of them. I couldn't find one single flaw along the border and no sign of bubbling or peeling. They do some excellent work!
