They arranged the repair on my schedule as soon as the parts arrived. Dropped the truck off and it was back home in 2 days. One part was on backorder and it took a while to find. Now my roadside assistance keeps calling and my sunroof opens by itself when the car is off and they are ZERO help. Spoke to the tech that worked on the car and he told me to take it back to the dealership and tried to say it was a problem with the driver door and not the electrical panel that he literally had to remove and rewire. The two women that work the counter are super rude and pretty much said I'm completely on my own and they don't care despite the fact that the car was fine when I dropped it off. They were completely dismissive to our concerns and did not provide any sort of resolution to the problem. In fact they said it had nothing to do with them and hung up the phone.
