They managed to drag it out to total of Three weeks. By their own admission, did not start working on the car until the 3rd week. Did not even order the parts needed until middle of 3rd week. The final price was TWICE the quote! Had car rental for 2 extra weeks! People were very nice. At least, it was nice repair, but not worth the aggravation of excessive time and grandiose cost.

Communication was excellent and was accommodating to my location and kept be updated on their arrive. I was never left standing and waiting for their arrival. Upon looking at my windshield, Derek the technician, told me honestly on some of my other cracks were unrepairable, which was an honest assessment where I felt other technician would have tried and failed to repair the chip and bill me for their failed work. I highly recommend their service for going out of their way in meeting me and scheduling the service. After talking with the technician, the company does glass work for homes and other equipment. Now my roadside assistance keeps calling and my sunroof opens by itself when the car is off and they are ZERO help. Spoke to the tech that worked on the car and he told me to take it back to the dealership and tried to say it was a problem with the driver door and not the electrical panel that he literally had to remove and rewire. I told them I would assume all risks to change it and again they refused. Now if the leak was that bad there should be indications where I park and there aren't any. After I left without an oil change I went to take 5 oil change, where they not only changed my oil but said that there was a leak but was not as bad as I was led to believe. I made an appointment for the next day. At the appointment, they explained that the repairs do not end up like the commercials. They can possibly spread during the sealing process. The process took about 30 minutes. It is not common to have repair shops tell you about problems that could happen during repairs. It is a good value to repair the windshield for about 10% of the replacement costs. For about 10% more, they will come to your car and do the work.
