Now my roadside assistance keeps calling and my sunroof opens by itself when the car is off and they are ZERO help. Spoke to the tech that worked on the car and he told me to take it back to the dealership and tried to say it was a problem with the driver door and not the electrical panel that he literally had to remove and rewire. The two women that work the counter are super rude and pretty much said I'm completely on my own and they don't care despite the fact that the car was fine when I dropped it off. They damaged several parts of my car, Including: staining the interior passenger side roof, passenger sun visor, interior passenger a panel, paint damage scratch, cracked my screen, adhesive on my paint, missing plastic cover for my front trunk, and a poorly installed windshield. They installed a windshield on my car two times. The first time they cracked my Tesla screen and didn't even tell me I Had to figure out. They wrote me a check for $809.25 for the $1545.05 worth of damage to my screen, because I told them just write me a check for the difference being I have to spend $735.80 with them anyway for my windshield replacement. And when I got the 2nd installation that's when all the other damages was caused and the windshield was so much worse. They are refusing to refund me, and they are saying they will replace it again for free. They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my car I just can't let them touch it again it's to much of a risk.

They were kind enough to pick us up from the hotel when the car was ready. I am always happy to support a local family-run business, but even happier when that family goes out of their way to help and to make sure you are taken care of. Every other business we called told us that we would have to wait until the next week, they showed us compassion, understood our need and took care of us right away. I couldn't recommend them more.

I had my Subaru windows tinted because I was cooking in my car and enough was enough. I called, got a very fair quote and got a relatively quick appointment time. They had my car back to me in less than 2 hours (I only had the front two windows wrapped) and even though Brittany told me not to roll the windows down for 48-72 hours, my dumb ass tried to roll it down the next day at coffee drive-thru. Thankfully, they have a big green tape across the controls that clearly warn you to steer clear of it. I would have ruined that nice new tint job if it weren't for that. It's been two weeks now since the windows were treated and it looks fantastic! Every car I've possessed gets tinted front and back and these guys are right up there with the best of them. I couldn't find one single flaw along the border and no sign of bubbling or peeling. They do some excellent work!

They arranged the repair on my schedule as soon as the parts arrived. Dropped the truck off and it was back home in 2 days. One part was on backorder and it took a while to find. As soon as it arrived I got a call. The next day I took the 4Runner to the shop and it was finished as promise while I waited. "Parts Is Parts" and labor costs are set by the insurance so the difference between shops is Quality, Customer Service and the shop staff. Classic Collision wins on all 3 in my opinion.
