Installed a receiver hitch on a BMW X5 and did a custom fabrication job , converting an obsolete (but expensive) BMW bumper mounted bike rack into a beautifully crafted standard hitch mounted rack. They were professionally fussy about the details on the receiver hitch installation- didn't want the replacement bumper rivets to look 'shitty' and strongly suggested that I come back later in the afternoon so they could order and install color matched BMW replacements. Perfect! The bike rack revision was one of a kind Rube Goldberg project that I thought up, clearly not in their regular line of work, but they took up the challenge and knocked it out of the park with a considerable display of ingenuity, craftsmanship and professional pride. I started to wonder what they were doing with it, maybe they lost it. When they finally said it was ready, there was a large fresh ketchup spill inside. The other car was damaged by them multiple times, they twice tried to return it to us unfinished. It was so bad, they put the door on crooked so it hit the door behind it. Every time we asked them to fix the big scratch they caused or the broken door they put on, we felt like we were begging for extras. They had also driven it a lot, they put way more miles on it than they told us about. Very untrustworthy, we are not happy with the work they did but there's no way we're taking it back to them.
