I started to wonder what they were doing with it, maybe they lost it. When they finally said it was ready, there was a large fresh ketchup spill inside. The other car was damaged by them multiple times, they twice tried to return it to us unfinished. It was so bad, they put the door on crooked so it hit the door behind it. Every time we asked them to fix the big scratch they caused or the broken door they put on, we felt like we were begging for extras. They had also driven it a lot, they put way more miles on it than they told us about. Very untrustworthy, we are not happy with the work they did but there's no way we're taking it back to them.

I simply couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome of two small projects that the Hager Team…read moreof auto enthusiasts did for me recently. Installed a receiver hitch on a BMW X5 and did a custom fabrication job , converting an obsolete (but expensive) BMW bumper mounted bike rack into a beautifully crafted standard hitch mounted rack. They were professionally fussy about the details on the receiver hitch installation- didn't want the replacement bumper rivets to look 'shitty' and strongly suggested that I come back later in the afternoon so they could order and install color matched BMW replacements. Perfect! The bike rack revision was one of a kind Rube Goldberg project that I thought up, clearly not in their regular line of work, but they took up the challenge and knocked it out of the park with a considerable display of ingenuity, craftsmanship and professional pride. I couldn't be happier with the results. This is a shop full of professional car guys that I'd be very pleased to work with in any major service or automotive repair project.

I went back home and did the work myself in 15 minutes. Now, I'm happy that I didn't let them keep my car after reading the horror stories about other people's cars being joy ridden and being damage. I just couldn't shake the feeling about leaving corvette with them. I will never go to that business ever agai.

While there, i wanted an oil change too. I had an 11am appointment scheduled. They kept my car "all day"and after not hearing from the shop at ~3pm, I called the shop for an update? I was then told at 3pm that my car was "next to be pulled in" (I had an 11am appointment), so to hear that my car was next at "3pm" was a little concerning.....fast forward to 5pm/closing time and I get to the shop to settle up. I pay nearly $800 for bulbs to replaced along with the oil change.....jump in my car to leave and low and behold, the right lamp fault is still there on the dash (why i brought the car in the first place). This is when they tell me as they are closing that the fault wont clear because i need new headlight assemblies for the car?? No one called to give me an update along the way and I get the "we just took your car down off the lift along with we are short a technician" today....excuse. I expressed my dissatisfaction...have brought my car in for service on multiple times...time before being a ~$5k job worth of work. Very discouraging to fork over nearly $800 for bulbs and oil change and get a rushed job at closing and excuses. Don't mind paying for quality work but don't insult a customer's intelligence with guesswork and no communication. Also, was given an "updated" receipt of service after the tech went back an added in the comments why the fault light wouldn't clear and the need for new headlight assemblies. This information was not in the original receipt when I paid for service and was headed out before I caught the fault code still illuminated on the dash.
