Alignment was still off, battery connection cover still missing, air breather box not anchored down (found this when changing the oil and filters). And side molding on passenger door is coming off. Called and talked to Sarah ( a manager). Met her at 1:30. Basically gave me a run around, said there tech said the air box was anchored (a lie). I will be fixing these issues myself. From the moment I called, they were very attentive. They scheduled an estimate within a couple of days, and then quoted much less than I was expecting for a front bumper that had been ripped off my vehicle. Then, they scheduled my repairs while also quoting only a week until completion. I got a bit suspicious when an autogenerated text said it would be done in a month, but I was almost immediately relieved when I was texted by my estimator, Georgia, who explained the system messaging has an issue, and then she reconfirmed the originally estimated timeframe for repair. They kept me updated on the progress and, sure enough, one week later my car was finished! The facility is nice and clean. I thought the receptionist and Georgia were very professional. While I cannot speak to the repair staff since I really had no interaction with them, my car looks almost just like it had never been damaged, only cleaner! I say that only because when it comes to my vehicles, I know when things look just a little different. They arranged the repair on my schedule as soon as the parts arrived. Dropped the truck off and it was back home in 2 days. One part was on backorder and it took a while to find. As soon as it arrived I got a call. The next day I took the 4Runner to the shop and it was finished as promise while I waited. "Parts Is Parts" and labor costs are set by the insurance so the difference between shops is Quality, Customer Service and the shop staff. Classic Collision wins on all 3 in my opinion. They managed to drag it out to total of Three weeks. By their own admission, did not start working on the car until the 3rd week. Did not even order the parts needed until middle of 3rd week. The final price was TWICE the quote! Had car rental for 2 extra weeks! People were very nice. At least, it was nice repair, but not worth the aggravation of excessive time and grandiose cost.
