I will never go anywhere but Cushman's…read more I was rear-ended a year ago and Cushman's did a fine job for us, so when I was run into again they were who I requested for service. Their tow was prompt even though at the end of the work day. I called the next day explaining that I needed to have some kind of ROUGH estimate on the length of repairs because I was meeting family who were driving in from the western US and we were meeting 4 hours away, and needed to rent a car for a week if repairs would take a long time. They patiently explained the process they needed to go through to trouble shoot the repair process, but expedited the work and allowed me to leave town on time with no disruption of my plans. I had been horribly stressed because I had so many items and people relying on me leaving town and bringing things in my larger vehicle, I cannot tell you how relieved I was that they were able to help me out. I will be forever grateful and will never go anywhere else! And they do great work, too!.

Took it on a trip and found more issues. Took it back again. Called a couple weeks later said it was done. At this point its been about 6.5-7 months. Alignment was still off, battery connection cover still missing, air breather box not anchored down (found this when changing the oil and filters). And side molding on passenger door is coming off. Called and talked to Sarah ( a manager). Met her at 1:30. Basically gave me a run around, said there tech said the air box was anchored (a lie). I will be fixing these issues myself. Next call is Columbia County BBB. Please do you due diligence and DO NOT use Cushman Paint and Body. On a good note Olivia the receptionist was very professional, courteous. Great employee.

From the moment I called, they were very attentive. They scheduled an estimate within a couple of days, and then quoted much less than I was expecting for a front bumper that had been ripped off my vehicle. Then, they scheduled my repairs while also quoting only a week until completion. I got a bit suspicious when an autogenerated text said it would be done in a month, but I was almost immediately relieved when I was texted by my estimator, Georgia, who explained the system messaging has an issue, and then she reconfirmed the originally estimated timeframe for repair. They kept me updated on the progress and, sure enough, one week later my car was finished! The facility is nice and clean. I thought the receptionist and Georgia were very professional. While I cannot speak to the repair staff since I really had no interaction with them, my car looks almost just like it had never been damaged, only cleaner! I say that only because when it comes to my vehicles, I know when things look just a little different. Nevertheless, I am very happy with the service I received at the Evans-to-Locks location of Gerber Collision & Glass, from the estimators to the repair team, and I would recommend them to anyone who asks me!

The team is professional, knowledgeable, and works with a clear sense of urgency that shows they value your time and prioritize getting you back on the road. There were no delays and zero miscommunication. Their system is outstanding, providing real time updates and video links so you can actually see inspections being performed on your vehicle. I never had to call once for a status update. The facility itself is just as impressive, clean, organized, and hazard free inside and out. The pricing was more than fair for the exceptional level of service provided. I dropped my car off right before work, and it was ready before my day ended. That level of efficiency is rare. I felt immediate trust and comfort here, which is not something I say often, especially as a foreign car owner. Highly recommend. Thank you all so much!

I've taken about a year to ponder over leaving a review or not…read more Me as a person: Naive, trusting, mid-20's, knowing nothing about cars. Issue: My 2014 Kia refuses to drive over 45 miles per hour. Jiffy Lube: "We cannot work on a car that has the engine light flashing" I coast down the hill to a place that has "Christian" in the title. Naive, naive, naive. The place is willing to look at my car that day. Wonderful. It's the morning. They'll let me know when they're done. I walk all over Evans since it's a lovely day. They have my car past 5:00. So it's been... 6-7 hours. Luckily I didn't have work. Finally I wait in the building so I don't get locked out past closing time. Eventually, I'm told "You're going to need an entirely new engine. Your car isn't safe to drive." I'm shaken. I had just bought the car less than 3 months ago. I ask if they know any tow truck services they trust so I can take my car home, as I was a pharmacy technician at the time and flat broke. I had spent that March through August walking everywhere I needed, so I just accepted my fate of walking everywhere once more until I could figure out how to save for a multi-thousand dollar fix. The person at the front desk then says "Oh, it's not serious enough that you need a tow." My inner dialogue went "Hm.. but you just said my engine needs to be replaced. My car isn't safe to drive... why WOULDNT I need a tow truck?" So I pay the $91 diagnostic fee on my credit card, a bit dumbfounded that $100, which was the equivalent to working 6 hours overtime at my full time job to afford the service, fixed nothing. My engine is to give out at any second, but I'm okay to drive home? Quite embarrassed, I called my veteran friend who came over that afternoon, ran a test on his diagnostic machine, and asked if I hit a bump recently. I did. He told me I had activated some sort of knock sensor when I did that, which then activated a safety mechanism, which was why my car wouldn't go over 45. He cleared the code on his device, and my car was magically fixed :) A year later, my car is still running great. No further issues. So I recommend avoiding this place. My friend fixed the issue in five minutes for the price of a thank you coffee while this establishment took an entire business day to attempt to scam me into buying a whole new engine without clearing the code to allow me to safely drive home until I could afford their "fix." Anyone who knows the driving culture in Augusta would understand that driving under 45 is dangerous business around all the irritated, impatient car-owners in this city. I don't appreciate anyone who uses scare tactics to uneducated, trusting people. It's embarrassing to be treated as if I'm stupid when in reality, I never had a father to show me how to run simple tests on my car to try and resolve issues myself. Rather shameful to lure people in with Christian decor when taking advantage of people in my opinion, but that's just my thoughts.
