I went in for an oil change and I was aware that they were closing soon, it was 5:40 when I arrived, I asked if they could still change my oil and they said yes. They looked at my truck for all of five minutes and stated there was a bad leak that they didn't feel comfortable changing it. I told them I would assume all risks to change it and again they refused. Now if the leak was that bad there should be indications where I park and there aren't any. I did know about a leak but needed my oil changed bad. After I left without an oil change I went to take 5 oil change, where they not only changed my oil but said that there was a leak but was not as bad as I was led to believe. My first experience. Staff talked Impersonally to me. Guys laughed a good bit while under my hood. Got highest grade synthetic for oil change for my 4 cylinder. Cost was $100.50 total this date, July 2021. They WERE thorough during my stay, and prompt in all aspects, pointing out other aspects of car maintenance, like tires, brakes. Jiffy Lube Washington Rd. Evans GA. Would give a zero if possible. Had tires rotated on all three of my cars during separate oil changes. One vehicle lost the entire wheel when driving. It sheared the lug nuts clean off the hub. At a reputable repair shop that fixed the damage, I was informed that all the tires were extremely over-torqued and the result may have caused the wheel to shear the lugs nuts off the hub. I was also told by the repair shop and the responding police officer to the accident that Jiffy Lube is not reputable to proper car care, and this has happened before. They have minimum wage, first time workers who are either untrained or not properly trained. In checking my other two cars, their wheels were over-torqued as well. Jiffy Lube's improper maintenance caused over $5,000 in damage. I do not recommend anyone who can "change your oil in 15 minutes". I do not want my maintenance done fast, I want it done right. I stopped in for a oil Change and bought a air filter as well. I also requested the posts on my battery be cleaned as they had some corrosion built up. After it was all said and done it was about $90.00. A little pricey but it saved me the time. When I got ho e I popped the hood to look over the battery and basically they had sprayed it with cleaner and brushed the top of the posts. Not enough to even get the corrosion off the top of the battery where the bracket is. Upon returning to the store and showing my issue with the initial job, they were happy to fix it with no questions asked. I am extremely grateful for the corrective action with no fuss. 4 stars due to the return trip. read more

AMAZING SERVICE, GOOD CUSTOMER REALTIONS, AND FRIENDLY FOLKS. I went there for a quick oil change on a very busy Friday afternoon. However, even with a long line of cars, I went through very quickly. The franchise owner/manager was on the floor helping direct his team of very professional workers. What really surprised me was his attention to detail. He directed one of his mechanics to switch cars and bring in the car which had been waiting longer then the car in the opposite lane. This showed me that the business truly treats its customer fair and cares about time management. Also , one of the first place in Augusta, where I was complemented on my home state of Michigan. I enjoyed chatting with the owner about hunting and golfing as his mechanics serviced my vehicle in a very timely and professional manner. Probably the best Jiffy Lube I have been to. John the manager was very polite and concerned about my wait time which the business couldn't help bc they were busy but they managed to get me in and out in 30min or less with excellent service!! I have a fleet of 22 Vehicles, Jiffy Lube has taken care of them for over 10 years. My empoyees simply drive in and my trucks are serviced quickly and without error. I came in for an oil change, in which at the time this location was not as busy as I expected, but service was decent. When I also asked to get my tires rotated, the employee stated that the others said they don't rotate after market tires. I have no changed my tires since I got the car, those are stock. If they are referring to the fact that I plastidipped my rims black, they could not be even more mislead. When I asked the same worker to inform them that, without hesitation she reiterated that they said they don't rotate after market tires and that I should try Pep Boys next door. Well, its not like I was speaking Latin, it was a simple fact that my tires are not after market. I will not return to this Jiffy Lube, or possibly any other Jiffy Lube in the state. That wasn't too rude but it wasn't quite the basic customer service I expected. I wasted my breath trying to explain that my tires are stock, but its fine. I'm not here to argue. read more

I came to this location, immediately noticed the line of cars all waiting for service. I was in need of an oil change and knew the business was closed on Sunday's so with at least 45 minutes until the business closed I decided to wait in line. I was approached by an older gentleman who worked there, he didn't say anything to me when I rolled the window down, I was already confused as to why he was coming to my car as this is not ordinary with my visits. I asked if I could get an oil change and he immediately has a scowl on his face and with the worst attitude EVER says "yeah, but your gonna have to wait a long time" and threw his hand in the direction of the line of cars ahead of me. I had nothing but time on my hands, but obviously this particular worker didn't, even though they had almost an hour till close time. I said "okay" just thrown off at his remark to a paying customer of several years. Then I changed my mind and said "actually, never mind this customer service is awful and proceeded to drive away as he said "you're just gonna have to wait" but at this point I was NOT interested in getting my oil changed at this location. Horrible customer service. I will never be back at this location and will never recommend this location. He almost ruined my recommendation for the entire company. I knew this wasn't a company issue,but an employee who needs retraining in customer service. Went across town to another location off fury's ferry road with EXCELLENT service with 15 minutes to close!!! read more

Been here several times, always professional service. The service here is top-notch, and very courteous. They always recommend items that your vehicles needs but they're not pushy or demanding that you get them. Very nice when your working on a tight budget. There are several oil change places that are within less than a quarter of a mile from here, including the Walmart in Evans, which you can see from this store. You can take a look at my review of their automotive center if you want, but long story short... Will never go there again. I stopped in the other day to have the oil changed in my truck. Not being from the area I picked them just because I knew the name. Without a doubt, these were some of the most friendly, courteous folks I've encountered in a while. There were a couple of cars in the open bays, but I only had a short wait before the truck went in. They performed the oil change and a fog lamp bulb that had burn out. All in all, I was probably in and out in less than 20 minutes. The customer waiting area was clean and the coffee was fresh. I took my car in for an oil change to the Washington Rd Jiffy Lube. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot I was overwhelmed by almost the entire staff. I told them I wanted an oil change and they grabbed my keys even before I had a chance to talk to the service manager. When the service manager came out I saw the service crew starting to take parts out of my motor that had nothing to do with an oil change. I told the manager all I wanted was an oil change, she went out and told them that so they started putting the parts back in. After which she developed a very bad attitude towards me. Then I finally got a chance to see what the sign said for the cost of the oil change I was shocked the price, twice the cost of Walmart or other service stations. read more

I've had my car serviced twice and both times the service has been quick and with minimal stress. Convenient as well.

I've got to spend almost 4000.00 on a faulty transfer case that wasn't checked during regular services at this facility. I heard a knocking in the case and when I took it to a mechanic. He said it wasn't any fluid in it. Filled it with two and a half quarts. Said the damage was already done. Keep in mind that the TC didn't have a leak on it. Jiffy Lube said between the time I had the last service (less than 3000 miles) and now, the TC loss the fluid. I said, "if it wasn't leaking, where did it go? He said, "I don't know." When they told me to bring the vehicle up there today, I expressed that I didn't want anyone under my vehicle unless, I'm there. Against my will, the district manager went under the vehicle and tinkered for about 10 minutes...all of a sudden, I have a leak. Prior to me coming, they said they would look at the footage from the camera in the store...I ask to view it, didn't get an answer and they didn't bring it up on my visit either. They said I couldn't go under the vehicle with the district manager at first because of a liability. But the district manager called me under to show the "leak" after he had tinkered with it. He also said the transfer case fluid could have went into the transmission. If the fluid in the transmission is full, how can it take another two and a half quarts? Of course they refused to accept responsibility, and I will probably take them to court. Listen, I see all of the rave reviews, and I agreed until they had to take responsibility for a loss resulting from steps in their service that were neglected. The service is top notch as long as they don't have to pay. My choosing them was to monitor my fluid levels and keep me aware of the danger of a major component going bad. This is exactly what happened and I'm stuck with the bill. As with this particular store, I went for the last time of many times. It's just a shame the consumer always lose. read more

This employees of this location are super nice but will lie to your face. I've had my vehicle serviced here a few times because of convenience but it is not my first choice. The servicemen would consistently break a few clips on the splash shield underneath my car every oil change. Eventually after while all of the clips were broken and I convinced them to reattach it with a zip ties. I felt like it wasn't a big deal but I am frustrated that every time my vehicle is serviced they deny any wrongdoing. It is a simple thing and honesty would be appreciated more than a lie. If my car comes in with a splash shield attached with the manufacturer's clips and leaves dragging on the ground after an oil change, I don't really believe claims made that you guys did not touch it. Especially when I've witnessed other small lies being told to customers. Please use this review as an opportunity for the staff to take personal responsibility and admit simple mistakes. We all make them and it is a chance to grow by owning up to them. Also no one likes having their time wasted repeatedly while being told a bold face lie. read more
