Their tow was prompt even though at the end of the work day. I called the next day explaining that I needed to have some kind of ROUGH estimate on the length of repairs because I was meeting family who were driving in from the western US and we were meeting 4 hours away, and needed to rent a car for a week if repairs would take a long time. They patiently explained the process they needed to go through to trouble shoot the repair process, but expedited the work and allowed me to leave town on time with no disruption of my plans. I had been horribly stressed because I had so many items and people relying on me leaving town and bringing things in my larger vehicle, I cannot tell you how relieved I was that they were able to help me out. "Parts Is Parts" and labor costs are set by the insurance so the difference between shops is Quality, Customer Service and the shop staff. Classic Collision wins on all 3 in my opinion.
