They are very honest and their prices are always reasonable. They never try to upsell which is honestly (for me), THE thing most people get so stressed about when visiting a repair/service center. The service team leaves our vehicle exactly as they found it with no worries about grease or dirt (other than ours, haha). We truly appreciate them and any time someone says they need tires or work done, we tell them to try this Tyler's location. Word of mouth recommendations beats out paid for advertising every time! Anyone who complains about them having the vehicle for more than a day, sometimes 2 - apparently watches too much Harry Potter! These guys are truly awesome, but they're not magicians. I was treated warmly when entering and told to bring my dog in while waiting. She even gave her treats and belly rubs. The technician took my keys to drive the truck to the shop for an estimate. He returned less than 10 minutes later and I joked that he must be finished. HE WAS!!!!! They did not try to gouge me with the industry standard and simply charged me for the bulb. I reminded them that I did not live in the area so no repeat business opportunities. They simply laughed and said that would be it. My Air Suspension system was, what I thought malfunctioning, and in need of a replacement. They ran a bunch of diagnostic tests, and determined there was nothing wrong with the air suspension at all. They could have charged me anything, yet chose to be HONEST! They only charged a reasonable diagnostic charge and sent me on my way. After that service at Firestone in Aiken, I had to go back twice. They needed to put air in my tires. Then a day later I had oil on my driveway. Went back. They are sloppy and do not give a crap. The young lady in the front had a serious attitude. I felt like I was interrupting their life by walking in the place. Honestly I would give them negative stars. Stay away!

Thieves. Steal something every time…read more Brought car in for oil change. Technicians take the skid plate off the car to change oil. Steals the 10 bolts that hold the skid plate on, and reattaches it with zip ties. Go back in months later for another oil change. Take pictures of every part of the car, including under the hood. Get oil change. Drive out of Jiffy lube, car overheats and will not move, easily. They stole the cap to the windshield wiper fluid, the cap to the oil, and the cap to the coolant. The coolant is boiling out of the engine and overheating the car. Drive 1 minute back to Jiffy Lube. Open the hood and show them. They lie and say "You didn't have any of those things when you showed up." This is an obviously lie, as I took a photo under the hood 2 minutes before the oil change, and driving without the coolant cap causes engine overheating. Tell the technician I'm going to search the shop for the caps. Walk 15 seconds away from my car. Technician yells "Oh I found them sir" and all 3 caps are magically back in the 15 seconds I wasn't looking at the car. The technician had them in his pocket, because he stole them. Had to buy more coolant before the car would move again. I'm not giving them a 3rd chance to strike out. EDIT: And they changed the oil but not the oil filter. They billed me for an oil filter, and did not replace it.
