Dazzling Car Care gets a "0" this time!!! I have been a…read morechampion for this you man for a few years! Now I am embarrassed at his antics and lack of customer service. He HAD some great reviews but something has gone wrong. In fact, I've been wrong about Leon Johnson and Dazzling Car Care Do not fall for prepaying anything, I Did, and get your expectations in writing! I am out of $250.00 for his gift certificate con. My Auntes van was not fully detailed inside and outside. His son told me that he did not clean the inside as usual because it may not be dry in time which was 2:30pm after I dropped it off at 7:30am. I have the text Leon sent saying it would be ready at 2:30pm. It felt strange when he texted me because according to Leon it was going to take time to do a full detail because of the weather, he had been sick and in the hospital and his help was sick as well see pics & video below. Court is next if he does not Cash App me back as I paid him $250.00 The so called gift certificates in my opinion are just a way to get a $250 regular car wash with car wash wax in a bucket is what I witnessed and a professional fried of mind that did full details for Bob Richard's Chevrolet for years. You hear his voice on expecting the car right after I left Dazziling Care Care by Leon. I got Dazzled for sure. I'm not done until I recieve my $250.00 back. I am willing to team up with others as well. Michael N Hampton 706-294-0255 https://share.icloud.com/photos/0e3-CqLV33iZTYjfn999ljD_A

I started to wonder what they were doing with it, maybe they lost it. When they finally said it was ready, there was a large fresh ketchup spill inside. The other car was damaged by them multiple times, they twice tried to return it to us unfinished. It was so bad, they put the door on crooked so it hit the door behind it. Every time we asked them to fix the big scratch they caused or the broken door they put on, we felt like we were begging for extras. They had also driven it a lot, they put way more miles on it than they told us about. Very untrustworthy, we are not happy with the work they did but there's no way we're taking it back to them.

We pull up and nobody comes to greet us (one of the workers who wasn't doing anything just stared at us while pressure washing the soap off the ground) then we get out the car and walk up to their little waiting area. We're finally stopped by who seems like the owner or big boss. We tell him what we need and he charges us $75 ($95 with tip) for interior and exterior on the passenger side only and delegated the work to the same worker who wasn't doing anything. We wait in the waiting room while he's cleaning the exterior first. We decide we wanted to walk to a little farmers market and the coffee shop nearby while we wait. We were gone for about an hour. We come back the car is ready. The first thing we notice is the tires are shiny and the car looks like it was well taken care of. We get it in the vehicle and the smell is still there along with chunks of vomit (mind yall we cleaned almost everything before coming, it's not like we showed up and there was legit vomit everywhere). All we wanted was a thorough cleaning that includes enzyme and odor remover. We did not receive the service as promised. If time wasn't a factor we would've asked for a refund but it just wasn't in the cards for us. Unfortunately we didn't look at the reviews prior before saying yes to this company. The bad ones are true! The worst part was the big boss was still cleaning the same car that arrived before us so we knew it was a low quality issue from his worker. Maybe if he did it himself, the car would've actually been clean but who knows! But I can't recommend this company.
