Unfortunately, the weather was not cooperative. However, the communication from this business was amazing. They reached out to keep me updated and rescheduled a date that fit my schedule. They arrived on time in a professional setup van with everything they needed. They only requested access to a receptical for the vacuum. They were efficient and thoroughly cleaned the entire vehicle. The two person crew worked well together and had a full detail with light ceramic protectant (6 months estimate) done in just a couple hours. But it was done correctly. I will definitely be working with them again, post pollen season, I'm sure. Thank you for a wonderful customer service experience and quality work at a fair price.

I don't typically leave reviews on Yelp unless the service was either amazing or terrible, but in…read morethis case, Spotless Masters definitely earned a glowing review. From start to finish, he provided exceptional service. He communicated professionally, arrived on time, and even gave me a heads-up before showing up, which was much appreciated. What really stood out was the care he took with my truck. I inherited this truck after my father passed away, so it means a lot to me to keep it clean and looking nice. He did his best to make my dad's old truck look as good as new, and he really took his time with every detail. There was no rushing or cutting corners--he was thorough and thoughtful, treating the truck with the same care I would. There were no hidden costs or surprise fees either--what I was quoted was exactly what I paid. It's refreshing to deal with a business that's upfront and honest. I can't recommend Spotless Masters enough. If you're looking for a professional detailer who takes pride in his work and cares about your vehicle, this is your guy. I would recommend him 1000 percent and will definitely be a returning customer!

From what we saw that customer expressed a clear satisfaction from the exchange. The Mgr. frequently has taken the time to meet and greet customers to check on their satisfaction and also resolve equipment issues himself quickly.

The mid tier was $23…read morewhich is pretty expensive in my opinion and all it does is come with a clear coat protection layer. They offer unlimited monthly wash plans, so if you're the type that likes to keep your car clean, especially during spring with all the pollen, highly recommend that option. It's not a touch less wash. Few brushes in the track, so i recommend folding side mirrors in. All you gotta do is put the car in neutral once locked into the track and enjoy the ride until the light turns green at the end. Lulu's also offers complimentary vacuum and fluid refills for windshield wipers. I'd say this is more so a premium car wash than your quick drive through. Car comes out pretty clean and despite the price, highly recommend this place.
