Well I noticed that the company had double charged me. It had charged me for both times the employee entered my card. No problem, simple mistake. I emailed the company and received an email back saying that they couldn't handle this over the internet and to call customer service. I did several times and always was on hold for an extremely long time finally hanging up and just let it go. Well today I saw where I had been charged twice again so I called back and amazingly was not placed on hold for long. I explained the situation and the customer service rep got my debit information and told me that she couldn't do anything about it because the account wasn't in my name. I told here the debit card was in my name and I wanted the deductions stopped immediately and was told again that they couldn't do that since the account wasn't in my name. She could not get through her thick skull that the debit card these charges were being made to were in my name and that their employee had apparently scammed me, I guess thinking that I wouldn't check my accounts closely since I'm elderly. She told me that she couldn't and wouldn't do anything further and I should file a fraud report which I will do in the morning with the Aiken City Public Safety Department. I also had to cancel my debit card so that these fraudulent charges will stop. LuLu's has to know who the employee is since they had to fill out the info on my vehicle and enter it into their computer and they should have at least canceled my account on my request. I'm done with LuLu's and absolutely will not be back. Think twice about using a business with this kind of customer service. You may not be scammed like I was but if you have any other problem you can't expect any assistance from their customer service.

Coffee was soaked into the entire surface of the passenger seat, I needed to act fast. I pulled in here because it was close and I was desperate. Everything has been repaired or updated. They take cards, no quarters necessary! They even have a shampoo brush with spot cleaner that works very well, no more coffee and lightly scented, not unpleasantly fragrant. The vacuum suction is super high powered, my seat was nearly dry a few minutes later. It's clean, user friendly, adequately shaded, fairly priced, and works great. Thanks to the new ownership for getting this place going again!

I'm not asking for a pristine wash from these automated machines, but really? I haven't taken my car mudding - it's just lightly dirty from interstate traveling. I circled back around and called the number listed and I spoke to the owner. He said he would refund me the money, if I sent him certain information. I did multiple times and spoke with him on the phone twice and he still has not given me my refund yet I would not recommend this car wash. Poor service and dishonest owner.
