Whenever I plan to go to Costco, I make sure my tank is almost empty. The gas is cheaper than most places and I love getting the Cashback when you use their Visa card. The attendant is helpful. They have some of the lowest prices in the CSRA. Since they added more pumps the wait is not very long. Their hoses are long enough to reach either side of the car. When ever I am in the area, I fill up to save money. read more

Honestly there isn't much to say about this business except what is most important; their gas is always, always the cheapest in the area and their lines move quickly. I have pulled in when every lane is backed up to the road and still exited in a short amount of time. Every time gas has surged in price, theirs has remained reasonable and again always the lowest. I also appreciate their caution not to "top off" your gas. There is a warning label on each pump that informs about how the spillage has an environmental impact. I'm here for that. read more

I miss Costco and one reason being is cheap gas! We don't have a Costco in Savannah so when my husband and I were up in Augusta last month, we stopped by to visit this Costco location. But first, we filled up the tank! For non-Costco members, there is usually a Costco gas station attached (meaning in the same lot) to the warehouse store. I don't think I have ever seen a warehouse location that I have visited (in Canada and the US) without one. At each gas station, there is an attendant to help if need be, but there are usually at least 5 pumps, people queue up, pump, pay and drive off. It all moves pretty quickly unless it's "user error" if you know what I mean. Put in your Costco card first and then your bank/credit card when prompted. One of the many benefits of a Costco membership is cheap gas and it was about $1.74 for unleaded that day at a time when it was at least $2.00ish everywhere else. Stay safe, Friends! read more

I usually get gas when I come to Costco because it's usually at least 10 cents cheaper than everywhere else. Their gas pumps have the hoses they can reach to either side of the car. The lines get pretty long on the weekend, but they do move pretty quick. You must have a Costco membership and you have to use a debit card, no credit cards. read more

Always crowded, can't even get through the aisles. Don't even try to get something from the snack bar, it will be about 30 minutes. Which is fine but with Rude staff that isn't helpful makes you not want to go. I had a service dog with me at checkout and a red headed girl came up and aggressively told me I need to leave when she alerted my mom about her blood pressure. She jumped down my throat and said I need to leave IMMEDIATELY and assumed the dog was not working. I couldn't get a word in edgewise to let her know that she was working and take her out of the cart- I didn't appreciate the energy and I could tell that she was not going to be responsive. I stated I was leaving I literally scanned all of my items and was trying to pay, she went so far to grab another cart and continued berating me while I tried to close out the transaction. I asked her to leave because it's distracting and too much while I'm trying to gather my things and close out not to mention stressing out about my mom's blood pressure that has caused her to have detached retinas in the past. Raising her voice and her aggression made me raise mine because she was making an issue where there wasn't one and discriminating without trying to have a normal conversation just yelling rules, barking orders, and throwing her weight around. I should have waited for the manager to come but honestly none of the staff is ever helpful there so I left. She made the whole interaction last longer by being so dramatic and caused a scene for nothing. She even had another girl follow me out to take the cart and she was just as condescending.
