Who knew this little gem of a store was right here in Augusta/evans. We stopped in looking for a wine our friend likes and bingo they had it. We also purchased some delicious salted caramel crown royal that we are going to mix in a shake recipe at home. Lots to choose from - great service and good prices will bring me back. I purchase liquor regularly at the Bobby Jones location and spend about 5,000 a year. Heard about new store of Washington went in purchased bunch of wine, bourbon and a bottle of Chopin Vodka. When we got home noticed seal was broken on vodka, called store Woman told me to bring receipt in and they would swap it out. Sent my son in man there told him they wouldn't swap it out. Last time Zi ever go there but what's alarming is the fact that they sold a bottle where seal was broken which is illegal and unethical, dollar is very important to this store at all costs. This is hands down my favorite place to go for great beer. Their craft brew section is always changing, takes up 4 aisles, and then there's the cooler section. They carry a variety of kegs, and will order anything they don't have that they can get. The staff is super friendly and helpful as well. I've seen them carry purchases to people's cars for them. I never drive by this place without stopping to find at least one beer I haven't had before. Their liquor and wine sections are huge as well, but I don't spend much time there. read more

Huge selection of wine, beer and liquor. I've visited on several occasions. A few friends and I had a party last year and we got lots of beverages from the Beverage Outlet. The variety made shopping easy. They have shopping carts and will also pack up your goods in a box if you buy enough. The staff is helpful. They also have a store in North Augusta, SC, which does wine tastings and such. Good place to pick up libations for a party or just to restock your bar. read more

I am new to Augusta and stopped on just to check it out. Had been looking for those airline bottles of liquor to put in gift bags for out of town guests for our wedding. Bingo, huge selection. One of my favorite places to visit on any trip to Augusta! By far one of the better craft brew selections (chilled and non) of all stores I've ever visited. Pretty large for a liquor store as well. Don't think you'd be able to beat prices here for the most part either. Bombers, singles, crates to build ur own 6...the essentials! When I visit this is a brew shop for me, not a liquor store...just because selection is always so varied. I've never walked out disappointed by them not having brew styles I like from breweries I've never had (and some big favs as well of course)! If you love brew and ur in Augusta, just do yourself a fav and check it out. If you're from a larger city with a shop larger than this one, don't compare it to that... Compare it to any competition you might find in Augusta as well. read more

Called the owner (Chris) prior to entering the store to confirm pricing and that there were no purchase limits for two seasonal beers. Arrived at the store to learn he only allowed four each to be bought. However, I confirmed others that went in after me were not subjected to limits. Customers that went here to purchase the same beers after me were charged 23% more than I paid. The clerk attempted to charge me 67% LESS at the register but was made aware of the error, in my efforts to be truthful and honest with this establishment. Will proclaimed this bottle shop to be the only one in town to carry these beers, when in fact another just a few miles down the street carried them as well and at the same price I paid here (TOAST). Note this shop also attempts to suppress negative feedback by blocking the associated posters, as was the case with me on Facebook. This is sad as this was my favorite bottle shop, with some great people like Jason. New hires such as Will simply don't measure up and have ruined what once was arguably the best bottle shop in town. read more

TLDR: Probably the biggest selection for spirits, wine, and beer in Augusta. If you aren't sure if a package store near you will have what you want when it comes to spirits, wine, and beer, you can almost be certain that you will find it at Beverage Outlet. The amount of alcohol they have here is really impressive - you may take at least 30 minutes just looking at everything they have. I personally liked coming here for the craft beer, and they have a really wide selection in that department. They do a really good job of having a wide selection of your usual suspects, but they also have a wide selection of local beers from around Georgia and South Carolina. Beverage Outlet also has a really great selection of imports. If you can't decided on what to get due to the wide selection, you can always get singles and they'll give you a small discount for every mixed 6 pack you get. I would just be careful with some of the discount beers. Some of them do sit on the shelf for awhile and won't be as fresh as others. If it's an IPA on the discount shelf, I'd probably pass on them. I am sure there was stuff for the less discerning, but that was beneath my notice, I went right for the good stuff), and most of them are available in singles (which if you buy at least a 6 pack of you can get for a discount). This is hands down the BEST LIQUOR STORE IN AUGUSTA. The prices they have in here beat everyone around here that I've been to and they have the biggest selection of alcohol I've seen in the area. I went here to get some vodka, khakis, scotch and a few other items and was blown away at the price difference vs the other liquor stores I've been to around here. They also rent kegs, so if you're throwing a party you could consider that to save money. Vast selection of wine also, I was pretty impressed by that. It seemed like they also had a lot of sales going on for different types of liquor, so that was something I took note of to capitalize on later if need be. I'm not a drinker and if I do consume alcohol it's something very light and doesn't have much alcohol in it. I came to check this place out because I wanted to see if they had my favorite wine, Roscato, and also search for other brands as well. I was surprised that they did have it and all the other things I was looking for. The store is well stocked and full of all the things to get you right!!! Their prices are acceptable for what you are getting and I also noticed that they were quite busy so I suggest that you come in when they are stocked up on the things you need. This place possibly has the best craft beer selection in Augusta. All beers are available as singles which is a huge plus. Also their prices are as good or better than their competitors. I love this store has a great selection of wine and some contain tags that have very helpful information such as what pairs best with the wine. The workers are knowledgeable one guy who works there even helped me track down a bottle of wine, he knew all about the company and even notified me that they changed their labels and that was why I couldn't find it! I took his suggestion on another wine and I loved it. So far so good no complaints. read more
