Does a Bidet clean your BeeHind as good as your manual hand wipe? No. But I'm not going to compare that and give poor stars to a bidet system based on such a one sided control group comparison. The truth is sometimes it's nice to have a machine clean your beehind and your car. But I'm going to judge the machine to other machines. What lulu gives me is convenience. And comparing LuLu properly to every other machine wash I've ever been to it is a solid 5 stars with really great operating hours btw. James ( the staff attendant) was super friendly. And he noticed the small details like that I was paying with a USAA card and he said his dad served and thanked me for my service. Brought the wife's car in later and I didn't get his name but he rocked sunglasses and had a real nice smile, helped me make sure my license plate number was correct so I didn't have to get out of the car and check. By the way, going through the wash at night, awesome experience if you have kids, or an adult child. And the free vacuum and wipe down , ok according to the wannabe Olympic gymnastics judge who denied Jordan Chiles her proper bronze medal, James R , it's "included in your price and not technically free", watch Ferris bueller and slow down and appreciate life brah (James R own a business and you'll understand why people like you have no friends and if we were on the titanic and you came running to our life boat we'd be quick to tell you no room on this boat, try one of the floating doors and yelp star critique that door while you're at it ). The other staff on property were really diligent and stocked everything and ran trash on a really solid schedule and there was a strawberry blonde attendant running a leaf blower who waved to me on my way out. I stopped in specifically to vacuum my truck. I purchased the lowest priced wash. I was pleased with the outcome of the wash. One of my tires had some dirt on it, but I wasn't to concerned as it was would wear off as I drove it. The attendants were friendly and knowledgeable. It wasn't crowded when I stopped in so I took my time and used all of the amenities. The only thing I would have preferred was it would have been a touchless wash as that is what I usually seek for at a car wash. LuLu's was convenient and a fair price. When I went to Lulu's in Aiken in April 2023, the attendant asked me if I would like a 30 day car wash for an extra five dollars on top of the one time carwash I was getting that day. The attendant said "this is for this month' She put a sticker on my window and then sent me into the wash. The attendant mentioned NOTHING about a reoccurring membership. I June I noticed a $22 fee being debited from my bank account for May and June 2023. I immediately contacted them and requested a refund since I did not use the service in May or the first part of June. Nope. I called them and all the gal did was repeat that it was their terms and conditions - no concern at all that the charges were under false pretenses. I do not understand, in this day and age, why a large company would even function like this. Why be so deceitful? So glad they got my $44 cause they will never get another dime from me in the many years I will live here. They would have made more money from me in the long run .. but I guess they don't care about that. read more

It's not as good as prior...like many businesses they are slacking and customer service is poor and indirect about answering questions simply yes or no. Came out of the wash without the gas door (blew it right off, files a claim which was denied as the vehicle was older than 7 years. Not long ago I could go to LuLu's and have my car washed for $20 which included wax. Today my wash was $27, did not include wax, the back of my vehicle is no longer being sprayed, and I had to wait for an attendant to be at their station to guide me in. Their prices have risen too much and their service has reduced. I will go back to washing my own car. Bad on you LuLu. You're pricing yourself out of customers. read more

I'm not happy with their customer service. I was charged for another month's subscription in January 2024 after cancelling my service in December 2023. They are claiming that a new accounting system caused the issue and that my credit card would be credited. I am still waiting for the credit to go through and it has been over a month. Another call to customer service resulted in a basic response of "keep waiting, we don't have a time-frame for your refund". Well, they sure had no problem charging my card with the quickness but it's like pulling teeth to get a refund. Very poor service overall. They are not honest. I am paying monthly for the graphite wash and I only receive it about I in three times. I have repeatedly tried to talk to the attendants and they tell me there is nothing they can do; it automatic. Before I enter the wash, I ask the attendants if I am getting the graphite wash. Worst customer service ever. We have two accounts for unlimited car washes, but they pulled two invoices in January on the 2nd and 20th, then in February they pulled 3 invoices two on the 20th and one on the on the 29th. Customer service said they changed over computers and didn't charge two billings in January, but I told them the dates. Woman said it was up to me to send in all of my statements and they would review. They are the ones that pulled from my bank account, they HAVE the records. Evidently the family who owned Lulu's sold it to a corporation. Good for them...bad for us. When the family owned it, attention to detail was standard. Prewash your grill, front and rear windshields, back tailgate, even power wash your inner wheel wells if muddy or dusty. Not any more! You're lucky to get a squirt from a hose on the front windshield even with the $20 wash. So what if you have bugs on your grill or bumpers. Wash them off yourself when you get home... If you go online you can get the correct number. When I finally got a hold of them, I had already canceled my credit card. Mammoth really did not care that I was given incorrect deceitful information. It was money in their pocket. I do not like going to any place that is deceitful. I have been a lulu's member for a few years now. Today 6/28/21 at 7:15 pm I pulled up to the entrance of the wash. I asked nicely for they attendant to spray the small amount of mud on the bottom of my front doors and rear bumper. The attendant proceeded to try to send my suv through the wash. I held my vehicle back from going into the wash to prevent scratching of mine and or the next vehicle to go through the wash. I was then threatened by the younger African American attendant. After a few words my vehicle was sprayed off. Then my vehicle was sent through the car wash without any water being used. My vehicle exited the car wash covered in soap and new scratches. read more

I'm going to start this off by saying that it looked promising when we drove in, but it went down hill fast. We pulled up to the guy who does the prewash thing right. Well then he proceeds to take a wrench (now mind you we were sitting there wondering what the heck he was doing) and takes our trucks antenna off. We rolled down our window and asked what he was doing and if he actually had to do that. He just stuck the antenna in my window and walked away. We would have let him take it off if he would have asked first. I'm pretty for sure that that's common courtesy, especially with someone else's truck? He was so helpful, polite & courteous and is the reason I will get my car washed at your establishment from now on. The car wash I've used in the past, has been disabled so I tried yours. I'm 78 y/o & these electronics are not always easy for me to figure out. Jimmy came up to "the pay station" & assisted me, patiently, to program in, what I needed.
