In April I started an account at the LuLu's E. Pine Log Rd, Aiken, SC location while at the kiosk. The employee took my debit card and entered my information and then stated that the computer didn't take it and restarted it. Well I noticed that the company had double charged me. It had charged me for both times the employee entered my card. No problem, simple mistake. I emailed the company and received an email back saying that they couldn't handle this over the internet and to call customer service. I did several times and always was on hold for an extremely long time finally hanging up and just let it go. Well today I saw where I had been charged twice again so I called back and amazingly was not placed on hold for long. I explained the situation and the customer service rep got my debit information and told me that she couldn't do anything about it because the account wasn't in my name. I told here the debit card was in my name and I wanted the deductions stopped immediately and was told again that they couldn't do that since the account wasn't in my name. She could not get through her thick skull that the debit card these charges were being made to were in my name and that their employee had apparently scammed me, I guess thinking that I wouldn't check my accounts closely since I'm elderly. She told me that she couldn't and wouldn't do anything further and I should file a fraud report which I will do in the morning with the Aiken City Public Safety Department. I also had to cancel my debit card so that these fraudulent charges will stop. LuLu's has to know who the employee is since they had to fill out the info on my vehicle and enter it into their computer and they should have at least canceled my account on my request. I'm done with LuLu's and absolutely will not be back. Think twice about using a business with this kind of customer service. You may not be scammed like I was but if you have any other problem you can't expect any assistance from their customer service. read more

I went to this car wash to only get the vacuum because their car wash tends to mess up my paint on my car which lulu's car wash only does this I have went to others and my car paint doesn't come off AT ALL no matter which kind of was I get. I said I can pay for the vacuum only so he made me pull all the way around. When I got to the Ziosk or kiosk thing I just said never mind because I wasn't going to pay that much for the vacuum and he made me reverse all the way out the car wash which was very embarrassing. The fact I Litterly told him 4 times because I didn't want to reverse everywhere and I still had to do it. I don't know what this carwash company uses for their soap on the cars but i tried the even more expensive one and it still tends to mess up my paint and it still doesn't get my car shiny so read more

We take our cars here once a week to get a quick wash and vacuum. Keeps our cars looking great. The staff does spray some soap on the wind shield and brushes the grill and back bumper. This seems to help dislodge the bugs and grime. We are part of the monthly wash program and just get the puppy wash. Seem pretty good for the price. read more

Got my car washed there Friday, forgot to use the "Free Air". Went back on Sunday with receipt handy to use the free air pump. Was told I couldn't come in that way and told me I would have to go through the car wash again and wanted to know if I was a member. Why would I want to pay for another car wash. They have a big sign there saying free air. To me free means getting something with no obligation or payment or commitment. They should get a dictionary and look up the definition of free. Kind of like false advertising. The two stars are for the wash which left my car with dirt spots and bug remnants on the windshield. Will never return. read more

Not sure what has happened with LuLu's off Richland Ave in Aiken. Went there today and received the worst car wash (actually the last few times was there it wasn't good either ). However this time I was talked into an upgrade. The product they're using must be over diluted, since my car was not clean (had to hand wash it at the vacuums) with the SOUR TOWELS they provided. Showed the asst. mgr the Water stains and streaks, was told I had a brushless car wash, and I have to ask for a brush wash. Since When!?! Upon arrival: Asked the attendant to make sure the upgrade he was suggesting included the best tire clean service available. No brush used so the tires/ rims were spotty and had streaks and no tire shine. What exactly did I get for the extra charge? Nothing. All the vehicles coming out of the wash looked dull to me, all looked as they were sprayed with water and suds only, no cleaning agent. Did not get the value I expected for the money spent, forgot to request refund. This location provided poor product and service Today. Do better! read more

I was scammed into a deal for a membership. Was told it would only renew IF I went and used. Well I never did and they kept billing have called several time to resolve situation no one answers phone. Lulu's is the best, one shop stop for having an immaculately clean car, inside and out. The membership is an affordable option and a decent price, the other options without the membership are still amazing. You can always upgrade when you get there if you want more than the member's service wash. Other than that, if you want a clean car inside and out go to Lulu's. read more

After leaving today we had to pull in the parking lot and had to basically rewash with a rag. We payed to have our car rinsed off, nothing more. You lost our business. We can do this much at home ourselves, for free! read more

Previously had fine service from the young men & women at the Pine Log site but on 8/2/21, a totally different attitude & car wash. 3 young women, one stated to be the manager, needed attitude adjustment & an injection of a work ethic. Could barely manage to move a few feet to my car which came out quickly & dirty. Prior to this time, when I had dirt left, a young man would try to rub it out for me but these gals could barely get the energy to shrug. They sat looking bored when the car line was empty AND while I struggled to untangle the vacuum hoses, right in the front drying spot where they were yawning. The one young man took a leaf blower & was cleaning the property while business was slow! I am an elderly woman, by the way so this is not coming from a male putting down women. I can't believe I come to your car wash and your company cannot afford to replenish the bottles to clean the interior of the car. I could have easily gone to a different one in Aiken. I had a bad feeling about coming here. Now I know why! Not MY fault YOUR customers forget to return them. Pitiful. This a business where you get paid from paying customers. Do not use this car wash!!! They were totally unable to get any dirt off my van. They refused to refund my money and even told me that they could wash it 20 times and it would not clean it.
