My wife and kids came into your car wash 3 weeks ago as of yesterday the arm was out of order and they had no sign on it and my wife went in and the arm came down and scratched our 2015 Chevrolet suburban all of the way down on the passenger side from the back bumper to the passenger side front door and I am not happy cause yall are saying yall are not going to fix our truck but it was your employees fault and some one will fix it and I have photos to and yall have left us on stand by for too long read more

I have a max monthly plan at the Lulu's on Bobby Jones Expressway. The past 2 weeks I have washed my car 3 times, no tire shine any of those times. One out of 3 times did the buffer at the end actually work and another of the 3 times the scrubber in the middle didn't spin. Half the time you go there the vacumns have little to no suction. I've had to move my car to use a vacumn. If I don't see an improvement in the up keep of your equipment I'll be canceling my plan and going somewhere else. Very disappointed! read more

Very poor upkeep on their equipment. They block access to half of their vacuums, and of the remaining, only half of those work. They run your car through too quickly to get cleaned thoroughly. Also, every time i've gone in the evenings they closed down the entrance 30-40min before they shut down the facility. Why pay for a membership if they arent going to be open as advertised? read more

I paid for unlimited car wash in May and they charged my account less than 30 days for a higher amount. I am furious i am currently on hold ( 22mins) to complain now! Like most you have to ask to run the car through 2x because they "speed" up the process on busy days or close to closing. read more

Do NOT wash your car here. It doesn't get cleaned properly and there's horrible customer servic! Upon receiving a promotion on 29 May for Memorial Day, the teller at the front said it totally free and had no commitments. I was then charged for a subscription other fees. I was NEVER informed that this promotion was recurring (ESPECIALLY FOR HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CLEANLINES) and asked for a refund/cancellation. The supervisor hung up on me without my issue being resolved! This is piss poor customer service and I will never frequent a Lulu's car wash again due to illegal shady business practices and piss poor customer service! read more

I am very disappointed with the service that I received on 07/14/2021 at the Bobby Jones location. The kids were not disrespectful. The problem was they didn't have the customer service. My vehicle went through and was not clean. I went to the young lady to explain that my vehicle was not clean and that I no longer want the membership that I just had purchased. I also stated to her that I need to go through again . She didn't try to talk with me to make things right she just said ok. FYI My back of the SUV still dirty and the wheels were too. They didn't even make the effort to make it right. I left and went to Sparkle Car Wash and the service in Grovetown was excellent. They took very good care of me . I know from now own no matter the cost go where you get the experience of excellent customer service. I had my 2001 bmw completely torn apart and repainted pearl white 3 years ago. (It came just plain white) I replaced a lot of trim including the piece that the car wash took off and paid out the wazo to have a body shop do all the work. Car is near perfection. I usually go threw sparkle car wash in evans twice a month for the last few years and have never had a problem. I was not near there on Friday and decided to try Lulu's on Bobby Jones. I bought the top wash and made my way home. I then noticed my driver side roof molding was missing so I immediately went back to Lulu's. I asked the teenagers working if they could look in the car wash for my molding. They were able to find the large piece and one of the two smaller pieces. My molding did not break but it was all chipped up and missing a piece. I looked online and of course I could not get just that little piece I had to buy the whole molding. The part was only 67$ and I went to the shop that painted my car and they said they would paint it for 100$. So we're talking 170$ to fix this problem. The same day I messaged Lulu's Facebook page about the incident and they were very nice and asked to meet with me on Monday. No problem. When I met them the lady started into me asking if I used aftermarket parts, no, I had bought them from the local bmw dealership in evans. Then she asked if I installed them, no, the body shop that repainted my car 3 years ago installed them. She then attempted to reinstall it on my car and I said not to because it needed to be painted regardless. As if that was not enough she went to the passenger side and started pushing on the other one until she found a spot that would move when you pressed it and said" hmmmm yeah that's your problem, this one is loose too, the other one was probably loose in the front and the buffer grabbed it" ‍‍‍ She then told me their rule that if the car is older than 5 years, they would not replace any damage and pointed to their sign. Sad that they would not fix a problem at a measly 167$. I'm just trying to give everyone else a heads up on how they run their business. If I had a clapped out piece of crap I would not have even bothered. This is my pride and joy, even the manager complimented the cars condition. read more

I was just told by the attendant at LuLu's that "my car was too dirty, and next time I would have to pressure wash some of the dirt before coming" he did say that "it was ok this one time," but I was on the verge of laughing or saying something rude so I simply backed out and told him I would go somewhere else. Like, sorry I've been driving and part of my driveway is dirt, but you're a car wash, it's kind of your job to get cars clean. I'd prefer to wash my car by hand, but it's simply not always an option. Lulu's is a manned car wash. Lulu's has the buckets with soap out at the pre wash station. I use these to scrub down my tires, rims and running boards. Some people use them for an all over "pre wash". So steps: Pre-wash if desired Get in line to pick and pay for your wash ( I get the Molly wash) Pull on up, where the staff will "prep" your car. (They tape down rear wipers, remove antennas, and spray down the front of your car) Put your car in Neutral and head into to wash Dry and vacuum The Molly wash I usually get comes with a "dry" but I like to wipe down the extra water myself- less spots! They offer free vacuums, so I pull to the vacuum station and dry and clean the interior. It's quick, easy, and pretty reasonable. I pay $8-$10. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR TOYOTA SIENNA HERE. Your rear fender/bumper WILL get ripped off. The manager on duty was helpful and filed an accident report . He said it had happened to another Toyota Sienna, which is why I say don't bring one here. Any other car, sure! Bring our Rogue here, no problems. When I drove up to the car wash there were a few cars in front of me so I went to vacuum out my truck first. I went to the vacuums on the left side before the car wash to save some time instead of just sitting in line. About half way through my driver side the old man with white hair, who I guess owns the place, sent one of his folks to harass me because I didn't go though and pay for the car wash first. I asked the guy, you think I'm going to vacuum my truck and just leave?" He didn't answer so that's what I did. They got their wish. I went straight to Sparkle Express in Evans, where you can vacuum your car before or after you wash it and nobody harasses you. Plus it's a better wash. Lu-Lu's was always broken. I haven't been back to Lu-Lu's. read more

I haven't used a drive thru style car wash in about two years. The reason why, is because last time I used lulu's car wash to have one of my cars cleaned, the roller damaged one of my wheel/rim while I was in the wash. I spoke with the manager on duty at the time. She wrote a report and I went about my day. I didn't get a call from anyone. So I decided to call and try to get in contact with the owner. After 6 days and multiple messages, he finally called me back. We met up, he looked at the damage and said to me "Get some spray paint and here a some tokens for 4 free washes" I spoke with some people that had the same problem and one person told me they finally fixed the problem. So, I was driving by it and decided to get my car washed there again after not using any car wash places for two years. I pulled up, paid for the $18 wash and before I got to the roller that pulls your car thru the wash, I asked if my after market 10.5" wide wheel would fit and they told me that they can fit 12" wide wheels without any problems, went thru the wash and same thing happened with a different car on the same side of the car and different wheel. It has been 9 days, no call and no attempt to get the damage to my wheel fixed. I'm not going back and I'm not happy with the after math customer service. Big business or small business, customer device is a great thing to have. read more
