    My wife and kids came into your car wash 3 weeks ago as of yesterday the arm was out of order and they had no sign on it and my wife went in and the arm came down and scratched our 2015 Chevrolet suburban all of the way down on the passenger side from the back bumper to the passenger side front door and I am not happy cause yall are saying yall are not going to fix our truck but it was your employees fault and some one will fix it and I have photos to and yall have left us on stand by for too long

    I am very disappointed with the service that I received on 07/14/2021 at the Bobby Jones location. The kids were not disrespectful. The problem was they didn't have the customer service. My vehicle went through and was not clean. I went to the young lady to explain that my vehicle was not clean and that I no longer want the membership that I just had purchased. I also stated to her that I need to go through again . She didn't try to talk with me to make things right she just said ok. FYI My back of the SUV still dirty and the wheels were too. They didn't even make the effort to make it right. I left and went to Sparkle Car Wash and the service in Grovetown was excellent. They took very good care of me . I know from now own no matter the cost go where you get the experience of excellent customer service. Please help them to show customer they care..When people pay their money they want the experience of great customer service.

    I had my 2001 bmw completely torn apart and repainted pearl white 3 years ago. (It came just plain white) I replaced a lot of trim including the piece that the car wash took off and paid out the wazo to have a body shop do all the work. Car is near perfection. I usually go threw sparkle car wash in evans twice a month for the last few years and have never had a problem. I was not near there on Friday and decided to try Lulu's on Bobby Jones. I bought the top wash and made my way home. I then noticed my driver side roof molding was missing so I immediately went back to Lulu's. I asked the teenagers working if they could look in the car wash for my molding. They were able to find the large piece and one of the two smaller pieces. My molding did not break but it was all chipped up and missing a piece. I looked online and of course I could not get just that little piece I had to buy the whole molding. The part was only 67$ and I went to the shop that painted my car and they said they would paint it for 100$. So we're talking 170$ to fix this problem. The same day I messaged Lulu's Facebook page about the incident and they were very nice and asked to meet with me on Monday. No problem. When I met them the lady started into me asking if I used aftermarket parts, no, I had bought them from the local bmw dealership in evans. Then she asked if I installed them, no, the body shop that repainted my car 3 years ago installed them. She then attempted to reinstall it on my car and I said not to because it needed to be painted regardless. As if that was not enough she went to the passenger side and started pushing on the other one until she found a spot that would move when you pressed it and said" hmmmm yeah that's your problem, this one is loose too, the other one was probably loose in the front and the buffer grabbed it" ‍‍‍ She then told me their rule that if the car is older than 5 years, they would not replace any damage and pointed to their sign. Sad that they would not fix a problem at a measly 167$. I'm just trying to give everyone else a heads up on how they run their business. If I had a clapped out piece of crap I would not have even bothered. This is my pride and joy, even the manager complimented the cars condition.

    I was just told by the attendant at LuLu's that "my car was too dirty, and next time I would have to pressure wash some of the dirt before coming" he did say that "it was ok this one time," but I was on the verge of laughing or saying something rude so I simply backed out and told him I would go somewhere else. Like, sorry I've been driving and part of my driveway is dirt, but you're a car wash, it's kind of your job to get cars clean. I attached pictures to show what type of car is too dirty for them to take, so if your car isn't already clean before going to this car wash, don't bother!

    Never use them EVER!!!! They broke my mirror on my truck and Sandy Beaver finally contacted me after I threatened to sue. He said I'm "SOL"

    I could not believe the superior service offered at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Evans GA. The guys…read morethere on Saturday 8/21/2021 were the most courteous and hard working car wash employees I have ever encountered. They turned my 92 year old father's 2007 Silverado from a crape myrtle stained, moldy, and algeefied piece of junk into something that looked like it came off the showroom floor. They are awesome and my dad is super happy. Thanks guys! PS - I'm bringing my 2002 Chevy Avalanche to get washed tomorrow.

    ZERO stars would frankly be more appropriate…read more While the wash itself does a decent job, as pointed out in a prior review, support and corporate management are dismally incompetent at best. For nearly SIX month now, I have had billing issues with our account; yet multiple calls to corporate, several visits to the Evans location to meet with a manager, which inconveniently is NOT available late in the day when I typically wash cars, have NOT resolved the issue which basically involves being billed on a recurring monthly basis for stickers that mysteriously get deactivated in their system. Net, net: I keep paying for inactive stickers that I can't wash with, yet I am being billed. The inability to resolve this issue is baffling! Ironically, when I pointed out to an employee this evening during my latest attempt to resolve the issue how poorly Tidal Wave is handling this problem, he was quick to exclaim that even though he works for Tidal Wave, he TOO thinks the company is TERRIBLE.
