ZERO stars would frankly be more appropriate. While the wash itself does a decent job, as pointed out in a prior review, support and corporate management are dismally incompetent at best. For nearly SIX month now, I have had billing issues with our account; yet multiple calls to corporate, several visits to the Evans location to meet with a manager, which inconveniently is NOT available late in the day when I typically wash cars, have NOT resolved the issue which basically involves being billed on a recurring monthly basis for stickers that mysteriously get deactivated in their system. Net, net: I keep paying for inactive stickers that I can't wash with, yet I am being billed. The inability to resolve this issue is baffling! Ironically, when I pointed out to an employee this evening during my latest attempt to resolve the issue how poorly Tidal Wave is handling this problem, he was quick to exclaim that even though he works for Tidal Wave, he TOO thinks the company is TERRIBLE. read more

My name is Jeff Lett. I have monthly accounts on 2 cars. I have been very busy for the last month. I work from 6 am to 6pm. Today I had to go to walmart on the way home from work, because my car is in such need of a wash, and planned on going to the tidal wave in Evans on Belair rd. When I got home and checked your website, I see your advertised hours are until 9pm. I got there at 7:27 pm, and they had cones placed closing both of the entry gates. The young people you hire to work these places do not understand how doing things like closing early destroys your relationships with your customers. Two employees were standing about 15 feet inside of the exit to the car wash, and one of them was spraying down some equipment along the right wall as I was looking in. The other employee was just standing there watching the other one. The one just standing there turned and looked at me as I was sitting there looking at them, and then watched me u turn and leave. 706-868-0987 if you care. I am really not one to give poor reviews because I desire to see the good in everyone, however the customer service presented by Rickey Howser Jr this morning was unacceptable. I have a monthly club plan because there is a tidal wave that is amazing near my home in lake oconee. I also intentionally chose this service because it is near my church. When I came through this morning I did not have a flat tire. I drove through there car wash, and when i parked my car to vacuum, my front driver tire is totally flat. not only did the manager not take responsibilit, he was rude. I purchased the promotional unlimited washes for the month of Dec.2024 and washed my car twice. I was told the charges to my card would NOT automatically renew, that was just a way to encourage customers to purchase the package. I later learned that this was a miscommunication on their part and they charged me anyway. I did NO washes during Jan.2025. I tried reversing the $23.97 charge unsuccessfully. I contacted the local manager to try to resolve. She suggested I contact home office which I did. Home office refused to even give me washes equaling what I paid for and never used in Jan. 2025. So, because of their error, I was charged $23.97 and received nothing for it but grief. I wrote a very clear email to them with attachments explaining what happened and I didn't want anything extra, just what I paid for! I gave them the opportunity to make it good by giving me car wash(es) worth $23.97 but they flatly refused. Really, really poor business decision on their part. It's EXTREMELY rare for me to write a negative review but they earned this one. read more

Normally I'm not one to shy away from a good old-fashioned car wash in the driveway but Tidal Wave was on my way home and the mysterious sticky substance on my car needed to be addressed asap. You can purchase from a variety of car washes or do the membership option, I chose the $10 "Tidal Wave Tire Shine". You pull around and a friendly employee helps you line up your tires to get on the track and manually scrubs the front and back of your car-you know the place where every bug carcass resides. In you go, hands off the wheel and you get to roll through an adult version of Hsaw Aknow (Wonka Wash spelled backwards for those who are a little slow on the reference)!! I saw bubbles, foam, fun colors...and my voilà my car is clean. From there you can mosey on over to vacuum your car for free and use their cleaning supplies and microfiber towels. I'm very satisfied with the results and I'm especially appreciative of the sign that compliments you on the way out. Yep, check it out for yourself! read more

I could not believe the superior service offered at Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Evans GA. The guys there on Saturday 8/21/2021 were the most courteous and hard working car wash employees I have ever encountered. They turned my 92 year old father's 2007 Silverado from a crape myrtle stained, moldy, and algeefied piece of junk into something that looked like it came off the showroom floor. They are awesome and my dad is super happy. Thanks guys! PS - I'm bringing my 2002 Chevy Avalanche to get washed tomorrow. read more

just a quick five star shout out to whoever was doing the pre-car wash scrub down at 5:45 today. they went above and beyond and actually took time to scrub the hard spots on my van before putting us through the car wash . most of the other times i've gone through, the workers have given a quick scrub with the brush. this guys effort was notable . thank you, guy. i appreciate you! read more
